I am running a couple kits from Refuge Medical. One just tucked behind the roll bar and another I keep attached to a backpack.

I carry a basic first aid kit I learned years ago to only carry what I know how to use and trained/ certified to use
That's why I only carry band- aids. My mom showed me how to put one on a cut when I was 5 ..trained and thereby certified to apply band-aids😂

Standard MIL ISSUE, two square style molle IFAKS, one from 05/06 Fallujah, one from Helmand 2012/13, and a 3rd Cylindrical style molle IFAK kit from a 2013/14 East Africa tour. They still have all the proper goodies in them. Knocking on wood. First responder scissors, strap cutters, and several tourniquets.
All strategically mounted on the back of the seats and in the bed on the trail rail for ease of access.

Always solid advice, Ive gotten a bunch of CLS training so everything I carry I'm quite familiar with.

My wife and I made the mistake of reading "One Second After", by William R. Forstchen. You will never feel safe again, LOL. Anyway, we now both carry a "get home pack" in our vehicles, which is a backpack that contains survival gear that will keep you alive for a week, including water, MREs, change of clothes, prescription meds, and a first aid kit. Her's is smaller than mine because I have more room in my JL than she does in her JT, and because I have medical training (Medical School, Residency, 34 years in hospital medicine, including ER). My first aid kit is a paramedics bag, complete with Epi Pens, Quick Clot, sutures, intubation supplies, and the basic bandages and turniquets.

I don't have a picture of hers, and it is dark:30 outside. I do have a picture of my Jeep on the computer, here:

Quite the range of medical preparation variations as I would expect. Mine are more basic other than IFAC and few more tourniquets stashed around. Some chest seals in a few, no needles, I.V's or invasive stuff for most part. My first CLS was in 1989 and last in 08. (To damn many I.V's given and received.) I have over packed on basic first aid stuff in H.F. orange waterproof case. This is one, I keep in cabin a little more and less like one in my JT.

A few staple kits and sutures for my use if needed.
Something touched on by "MoparToYou" on the Epi Pen's find out if anyone in your group has allergies and where they store their Epi Pen in case you have to get it for them. Or insulin too, the latter could actually need dextrose or honey/ sugar in OD of insulin or low blood sugar. A few Sam splints are more likely to be needed than decompression needles as a layman first aid. "IMHO"
I damn sure don't want to have to dart someone not having the title of DR. in front of my name as a Ret. military or civ.
The experienced medical professionals here might do a good ideas list or non-professional advice to pack. FYI, many of the prepackaged kits are way over priced vs building your own.

In addition to what every FMF Doc/paramedic would carry, I carry a marine first aid kit In the Jeep and boat for man o wars, and venomous sea life. Vinegar, hot packs, tweezer, plastic scraper and standard first aid gear. Remember Not to piss on it as it releases more toxins.

Good ol IFAK and CPR mask and a seperate kit for the Pups. Nothing spectacular. I haven't been EMT cert'd in a few years, so I'm not much good for much more than CPR and applying compression these days.
