I'm looking into wheel spacers for my rig, nothing crazy, just for looks and a bit more wheel well space as I have to OEM rims with +44mm and im looking into Teraflex and Rough Country to name some brands that I at least recognize.

I'm looking into hubcentric, of course, maybe 1.5" or 1.75".

I know Spacers is somewhat of a iffy subject (to some its ok, to others its a capital sin). So I ask these questions here, continuing with my research on it, and also have seen some rigs with spacers doing some great off roading first hand, so I'm convinced that for my specific use, its all good , following all the proper install procedures, of course.

So, If you have experience, comments, pictures, with these brands on spacers, or any information that could be shared, it will be appreciated.

I installed spidertrax to clear Apex disconnects on my Gladiator sport. no issues.
I put generic spacers on my OME lifted Liberty for appearance, to fill out wheel wells. no issues there either. There is not a lot to them. I think if you install correctly with threadlocker and check torque you should be ok with most brands.

Yup, Spidertrax. I’ve used them with success on a JK and have them on my 1947. Never had a failure…

For my new Gladiator, I am using the stock wheels with my 37’s. Adjusted the steering stops so no rubbing, but if I get rubbing, will buy spacers before new wheels, as I like the stock wheels.

I ran Spidertrax on my JK as well with no issues.

Spidertrax FTW. Just remember adding sdacers will give you positive scrub radius, which will affect handling. Read up a bit on it.

If installed properly per mfr's instructions spacers are fine, but some shops like Discount Tire won't work on your vehicle if it has spacers. Porsche used spacers on their Carrera 4 back in the '90s.

In my opinion, none of them. Get some wheels that are designed with an offset that works for your jeep. Your ball joints and critical suspension parts will thank you.

I had Spidertrax on my 2011 Wrangler for 10 years, not one issue. Friend that owns a few tire shops would only install those,

I have had good luck with KSP Perfromance. I have the 1.5 inch on stock Rubicon wheels they are just over flush with the fender

Hmmm, been running spacers for over 10 years and get all of my tires, rotations and balancing from Discount Tire. Same for my brother in a different state. They won’t install the spacers, but no issue changing tires on a rig with spacers.

The Discount Tire my brother uses ever checks the torque on the spacers with each rotation and rebalance.

We have two DTs near here. Neither will touch a vehicle with spacers or beadlocks.
