Driving on the freeway for a long trip for the first time in our Gladiator, my wife had to get used to all the normal alarms for side, front and rear obstacles. She eventually did. however she said there is another alarm. Very high pitched. She said it sounds like when you pinch the nozzle of an inflated balloon to make it squeal. She said it did not seem to be random but something intentionally going off but she could not figure out why or what set it off. It went off at 66 MPH and also at 83, so It is not likely related to speed. It is a different sound than the front, rear or side sensors. No lights came on that she could find and the gauges all reported normal operation. Anyone familiar with such a sound?
