I haven't read past the first page, but did read the first post and may have missed it but I have a question
Where are they made?
It says designed and engineered in America, but are they made here?

I'd be concerned that a state inspection or cop wouldn't like that red line on the pavement while braking because it's new and different and they would question whether it's legal.

These flush taillights are a curiosity to me since I am new to the Gladiator world. I like the look, but the price for all the items I have looked at is strong for an aesthetic change.

Is damaging taillights a systemic problem on Gladiators or is the flush taillight a solution looking for a problem. Seems if folks are damaging taillights they are also damaging the rear corner of the bed.

serious question, not trying to be rude…
I’m just surprised how many people don’t have blind spot monitoring because it won’t work properly with the flush taillights.

Are there that many base model Gladiators sold or are people forfeiting their blind spot monitoring?

We have a 21JLURD and 22JTRD, both are well equipped. Neither have the advance safety group; adaptive cruise, forward collision warning, blind spot monitoring.
My in law's 21 Unlimited Sahara Altitude Diesel doesn't have any of that stuff either.

Product VIDEO: Quake LED FLUSH Taillights!

Our newest Jeep Wrangler JK/JL and Jeep Gladiator JT Flush Tail Lights are a category-killer, making all other flush tail options not as interesting anymore! Introducing our new B.A.S.S. (Brake Alert Safety Signal) Technology, that shines a very bright red beam onto the road surface directly behind your vehicle, alerting those behind you to take notice!

This innovative flush mount LED tail light design that wraps tightly around the Jeep for that sleek look! Its low-profile design extends less than half an inch beyond the factory body panels! This design helps lessen the unavoidable damage from trail riding or your neighbor’s spoiled brat who just took off the training wheels!

Even though this flush mount tail light design is extremely low-profile, we have somehow designed the factory blind spot sensors to maintain the original outward positioning! This guarantees full functionality of the system as designed. Other brands are forced to drastically relocate the sensor position, resulting in diminished blind spot sensing capabilities. Not good folks!

Best Jeep Upgrade: These new low-pro Flush Mount Tail Lights are an essential, no-brainer, best bang for the buck Jeep upgrade!

Unbeatably Smart Functions: Start-up Animation, Running Lamp, Brake, Sequential Turn Signal, Standard Turn Signal, Bright Reverse Light and Brake Alert Safety Signal (B.A.S.S.) Technology!

USA: Completely designed, engineered, tested and shipped by the Mad Scientist Jeepers at Quake LED, right here in Denver, Colorado. Produced from the best materials & craftsmanship, guaranteeing head-turns from other Jeep owners!

Three-Phase Sequential Turn Signals: Connect our simplified Lighthacker Plug and Play Adaptor into the factory turn signal circuit and enjoy Sequential Turn Signals! It’s as easy as that…

Blind Spot Sensors: Positioned exactly to the OE factory location. NO diminished Blind Spot Monitoring or Cross-Traffic Functionality with the use of the factory BSM sensors!

No compromises. All Quake LED Tail Lights are designed to comply with all DOT, SAE regulations for rear-facing lamps. We pride ourselves in offering innovative, stylish, high-performance and safe products for serious enthusiasts.

Blind spot monitoring is a different safety group than adaptive cruise, or at least it was then. Not sure about now. I don’t have adaptive cruise.

I ordered mine---no idea when they'll show up as I don't bother tracking that stuff. I'll let everyone know when I get them and what I think about them just from opening the box.

I really do not get the appeal of flush tail lights. It is a throwback…
For some its surely looks but for those of us who wheel, the standard design is prone to destruction. I had a source for free LEDs for a while so I just kept swapping them but after this EJS and my 5th broken light, I finally switched to them.

I called Quake today and if you ordered this after Monday some time, you are on wait for the next shipment. Which they told me should arrive in the next two weeks or so. Website says in-stock still. Just an FYI. Either they were super popular or they didn't have many to start.

Still confused what the hell BASS technology is. Looks like it’s just a red line aimed at the pavement??
Yup that's exactly what that is! The Brake Alert Safety Signal puts a red stop bar onto the ground. It helps improve visibility while sitting at a light or braking in general but is also just a cool factor.

Anything that helps prevent other drivers from crashing into me while I am stopped is a win in my book.
