I binged watched that guys channel one night. Very entertaining if your into working on cars. Seems like a good shop.

It is a decent channel. Not really a nuts and bolts channel of how to do anything but gives insight into how a good independent shop is run and the situations they encounter. They do not hide from their mistakes and will readily admit when they screw something up but they seem to make it right.

I watched this video last night also and it is pretty much an eye opener in that what they went through would probably mirror a customer paid engine swap if it was done at the dealership, they would probably go through the same crap. Sounds very much like MOPAR lets a third party run their warranty for these engines and they are incentivized to deny as much as they can, hence the flaming hoops they make them go through for replacement.
