Second this.If I ever get a lift, it’ll be a four post. No issue with concrete strength then. I’ve priced them and they’re really not more expensive than a two post, and they’re movable. No need to bolt down unless in an earthquake area. That’s per the manufacturers they they don’t need to be secured to the floor. And no concrete specs to follow with 4 posts.
And I want it with the trolley jacks that roll back and forth so that I can pick the vehicle up on either end (or both ends).
Also want the four post because my space will be somewhat limited and I want to be able to stack two vehicles quickly / easily to get them out of inclement weather, make space, etc.
