I get that's a thing for THEM, but they acted like they have to do it before they fix it. Warranties don't need recalls, just fix it and then do whatever paperwork you need to!Ya but still it helps knowing if it is under recall or just happenstance for them.
I am actually relieved though. I've read that for a few years they were having bearing seals leaking. So when I saw the little puddle I cursed. Shocks I can live without, and have.
