I have a vibration issue at higher speeds. Off the lot everything was fine. I put on a Mopar 2" suspension lift (but with Accutune Fox 2.0 resi's) and truck drove fine, no vibration issues. Then swapped the stock tires for 35x11.5xr17 Toyo Open Country ATIII on the stock rims. This is when the vibration issue started. Brought back to Tire shop, they were not able to remedy, so brought to another tire shop for road force balance. They found one tire slightly out of variance and swapped it for the spare, but I am still experiencing vibration. Looking for any input/advice at this point before I remove the tires and put the stock tires back on. Could it still be a tire issue? I do wonder if tires are fine but it perhaps is the combination of the lift and tires causing the issue? For example would adjustable control arms, or a drive carrier spacer or anything else remedy the issue? Thanks!

If the vibration is in the tires and not the driveline. Then change tires. A driveshaft carrier spacer for a 2" lift . Extremely doubtful it is needed. However it isnt going to change anything at that height. Check your pinion bearing , check your tierods, draglinks , trackbars, etc.. check all suspension bolts, Front wheel hub assemblies, If all that is tight then the issue is tires change them they are probably defective.

I will add this caveat, I had a bent rim and several tire shops never even said anything to me about it . Until 1 did and I had him take me and show me .

Have you checked the alignment? Not that your lift change the alignment, but since the new tires is when the vibs started I would look there. Recent talks about load range c, d and e comes to mind. You may have always had the issue but just noticed it when swapping tires. Stiffer tires may transmit more. My bfgs are noisy and vib. When I put the highway wheels on, all is smooth and quiet.

I recently put new tires on my wife's FJ and she called me after the install and said they were vibrating. I had her turn around and go back to the tire shop and re check them. Same issue when driving. I called the shop and they put a new set of tires on and the vibration went away. Shop owner said occasionally get tires that will not balance due to various reasons maybe a broken belt?

I had a similar issues with my KO2s, I had a road force balance at Americas Tire, the road force number was like 45lbs, so it was considered defective/out of round. They swapped it out for a brand new tire and that fixed the issue.

Checked tire pressure in all 4?

One tire at a different pressure could cause vibration that wouldn't show up during individual tire balancing.

I did bring the truck back to the suspension shop for the recommended re-tightening and had them look all this over. No issues with any of that.

Do the tie rod/drag link check...

Put someone in the driver seat with the vehicle running. Turn the steering wheel a 1/4 turn slowly in each direction and watch each ball joints for any uneven movement.

I bet you a case of beer its your caster. What is your caster at? You need to be around 6 degrees.

I should mention it is a brand new truck, had about 500 miles on it when I did the tires and lift

I did have that wonder, but no vibration after lift/ before I put on the 35's. But that's an easy step to take so 'I'll do that
