Jeep® Brand Donates Purpose‑built 2026 Gladiator, Upfitted by Jeep Performance Parts, to the Red Rock 4‑Wheelers to Support the Protection and Maintenance of Moab’s Iconic Trails

Jeep Gladiator Jeep Gladiator Red Rock Officially Revealed, Upfitted by Jeep Performance Parts CN026_004JP

March 30, 2026 , Auburn Hills, Mich. - For more than four decades, the Red Rock 4-Wheelers have served as dedicated stewards of one of the world’s most iconic off-road destinations: Moab, Utah. The volunteer-run club has invested countless hours, vehicles and personal resources to maintain, protect and preserve the region’s legendary trails.

In recognition of the club’s unwavering commitment, the Jeep® brand and Jeep Performance Parts (JPP) by Mopar collaborated to design and build a custom 2026 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, playfully named “Red Rock,” as a dedicated donation vehicle for the Red Rock 4-Wheelers. Rather than creating a showpiece, the team engineered a true workhorse, purpose-built with the tools, capability and durability needed to support year-round trail maintenance and cleanup efforts across Moab’s rugged terrain.

“The Red Rock 4-Wheelers have set the standard for responsible off-roading and trail stewardship for more than 40 years,” said Bob Broderdorf, CEO of the Jeep brand. “Their dedication to protecting Moab’s unique landscape ensures that future generations can experience the same sense of freedom and adventure that defines the Jeep brand. The Red Rock Gladiator is our way of saying thank you, built with the tools, capability and durability they need to continue the work they’ve led so passionately. On behalf of Jeep and JPP, it’s an honor to support the people who protect the places we all love.”

“This is more than a vehicle, it is the Jeep brand’s recognition of a way of life that has shaped families, communities and traditions here in Moab for generations,” said George Schultz, president, Red Rock 4-Wheelers. “For decades, the Red Rock 4-Wheelers have worked to protect wheeled access, steward the routes and preserve the region as both a world-class wheeling destination and a living, working landscape. As president of the organization, and as the son of its founder, I see this Gladiator as a tribute to the people and the work that built this legacy and an investment in the responsibility we carry to pass that stewardship to the next generations.”

As part of the Jeep brand’s ongoing commitment to land stewardship and responsible off-roading, Jeep brand and JPP employees partner with the Red Rock 4-Wheelers and the Bureau of Land Management every Easter Jeep Safari to educate, maintain and protect local Moab trails. Every year, volunteers complete a trail work project that can include trail maintenance. cleanups, fencing installation, route marking and trail restoration.

Purpose-built Thank You
Starting with a 2026 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, designers set out to build a functional, durable work truck inspired by Moab’s landscape and the Red Rock 4-Wheelers’ legacy. The result is a purpose-built truck equipped with specialized components that make trail work easier, safer and more efficient.

The exterior features custom graphics, while upgrades focus on capability and ease of use, with a 3-inch lift, 37-inch BFGoodrich KM3 tires on beadlock wheels, a steel bumper with a Warn winch, and a cargo system rack with storage pods on top of a sliding cargo tray in the bed. Upgraded TYRI lighting provides better visibility on technical trails. Added protection comes from wide rock rails and door sill guards, while an onboard air system quick-connect coupler increases everyday functionality.

Inside, the Gladiator is built to handle dirt and heavy use with JPP Armorlite flooring, grab handles and an instrument panel accessory rail. An ARB onboard air system supports tools and recovery needs.

The JT was donated by Jeep so factory rims are likely.

I really love the looks of the Leitner rack and storage boxes but damn if it isn't eye-wateringly expensive. Nearly $2K for the base rack and then as shown another $1900 for the storage pods. And if you want a tonneau cover you're adding another $3500 for the EGR power retractable. At that price point a well equipped GFC, SmartCap or Alucab topper seems downright affordable.

Jeep has deep pockets😊
No telling how many Jeep owners dreamed of going to Moab when they got their new Jeeps. I remember sitting in the back of class in high school reading the 4-Wheel & Offroad issue with EJS and wanting to go. That was 1987 when I was driving a CJ7. Finally made it in 2017 with the same CJ.

I have looked at these photos and watched videos of it and I wondered who they partnered with for the lift.. the rear lower and front lower control arms look to be high clearance design..

Ok please everyone who plans on going off road in their Jeep, take note of the wheel and tire package on this beauty. No 20” low profile 35” MT tires!
Do you stop people on the trail with 20s and inform them? 😆
