I love my Autolynx, but they keep bending my fender liners and damaging the disconnects. I know that they are supposed to be cut, but they're nice ones from American Adventure Lab, and if I cut them, the colored logo would be unusable. So far, I put a piece of HDPE to help them slide. I know it's a stupid problem to have, but what do you guys suggest? I've been looking at the Airlynx or a different type of disconnect, but the Autolynx is so easy and enjoyable. For context, I have a Jeep Gladiator on 37s with a 2.5" lift with heavy-duty springs. It's a daily driver, but it's not a pavement princess.

Obviously this is personal preference so I suspect you’ve already decided but I love my autolynx and personally don’t care to be a rolling advertisement if I can help it so I’d cut the liners and move on. That’s just me and I certainly wouldn’t judge you if you disagreed.
You could swap them for another type of disconnect but keep them in the garage for a while in case you change your mind and get tired of the new ones. Maybe depends on how often you disconnect your sway bar?

Not sure what they are made of, but since they are moulded I’m betting some form of thermoplastic.

The great thing about thermoplastic’s is that a heat gun will soften them. Put in whatever bends shapes you want and when cooled they will hold that shape.

heat them up, bend to allow them to miss the autolynx when articulating and you are good to go A piece of pie! Easy as cake! 😂

The fender liners are steel, that's why I'm trying to cut them cleanly. I put a piece of plastic over them so it protects everything a little bit more

lol. Gotcha. I guess I could have looked them up before commenting. lol.
To be fair, those will be mouldable with heat too, just might need a bit more than a hair dryer. Lol

I suggest finding a broken JL Rubicon Electronic Disconnect on Facebook Marketplace. Then convert it to a manual disconnect.

Slick who makes that part?
Granted I love my apex. But it's an alternative for sure. I've got no rubbing issues

Plasma cutter for the win! The suck part is you’ll need to remove the liners to make a very precise cut in the steel and not burn down JT. Your plastic add is perfect and now it’s your cut template, plus a safety margin for the extreme movement. Second place: hole saw. But what’s the fun in that? Plasma blow torch that runs hotter than the surface of the sun! Now that’s fun.
Curious what length of Autolynx are you running?
