392 Gladiator V8 Hemi confirmed by Jeep CEO!

As long as those rumblers are under the 8500 GVWR and sold in California that will make the California gladiators able to get the same engine or engines that are considered direct replacements swapped in legally. Hopefully they sell a lot of them and make a lot of spare dressed engines available.

Damn, everyone on the "if you make enough guesses you'll eventually get it right" and a dozen other similar colloquials, just going to play down this is actually a 100+ page long thread where the greatest and most common predication is that its never going to happen and the greatest and most commonly accepted narrative is to think otherwise is ignorant.. You all dont need to say anything more at this point and Im sure this'll push the thread another 10 pages along.

I will concede, I think you all are right, just not about what may or may not be coming, but rather thant Jeep doesn't know their enthusiast base. It seems if anything this thread is like a testament that while Jeep thinks their drivers want a V8 in reality they would really rather just have a keyboard in their existing Jeep.

The irony is quite literally cast iron at this point.

Good luck to those spirited in heart, I expect to see you smiling everyday if Jeep does give you that V8 you've been dreaming about, you deserve it.

And they have not Hemi'd everything, and have specifically stated they're not, including the Grand Cherokee he called.
