Post your 2020 JT Gladiator build status

We made a decision to wait out the dealers’ madness and bought a ‘19 JLUR Bikini Blue with the convertible top. It will keep us jeeping while the Gladiator dealers come to their senses and realize in the final analysis the general public will wait for sanity to prevail. BTW the dealer fully honored our Tread Lightly on the JL!

Bikini is a great color! I just bought one a couple of weeks ago. I may take the doors off today....maybe even the top.

Just called concierge and I'm in KZT which she described as "it's on it's way to you!"
She did say, we don't provide a delivery date, but your dealership should be able to give you an estimate.

Seems like we're getting closer...

You got better news from concierge than I did. Also posted this on the Granite VIN thread.

So I called the Concierge line (because I like banging my head against the wall hoping for different results). But I hadn't called in a couple of weeks, so figured I needed to poke them again.

My current status is....wait for it...*C*. I did question why it has been in C for nearly 2 months now. Late availability, blah, blah, blah. She did say that they would be scheduled the end of this month (i.e. late June) and I should be D status with a VIN then. That's a little bit sooner than @Michaelamici heard a few days ago.

Wow! Yours is on its way. I’m still in KZS, but 2nd shuttle. Not sure what that means.

I’m in KZS, you guys are KZT, something screwy going on. Not sure if mine is moving or not, although I asked and she said 2nd shuttle. My dealer is avoiding me today.

Made sure I knew the price (5% under invoice on LE) before I ordered. I wouldn't commit to buy something I don't know the price of.

welcome to the forum!
You need to negotiate first - or order from a dealer where the price is already negotiated for you. There are a few that are guaranteeing a certain price.

I'm assuming you ordered from Tri-City, but maybe not?
