Has anyone heard from Travis via email recently???, I emailed him over a week ago and then sent a couple very short follow up emails.
I have not heard from him I am ready to buy/place my order. I am getting discouraged

Saw him this weekend when picking up my JT.... One Awesome guy and VERY busy delivering orders..... If he does not respond to your email in a few days, shoot him a reminder... Understand that he's running a big online operation out of a small dealership with a very large volume of sales.... He delivered at least 5 JT's that I know of when I picked mine up saturday ... and that's just the JT's.....

For those that have received their JT from Tri-city. Do they put any Tri-city stickers on the back? Anything besides the license plate frame?

Yes, mine had a tri city dealer logo and a license plate bracket.... I don't mind one bit!

I heard from him last Monday, the 29th. It took him a few days to reply, but all was on schedule.

My opinion. Travis responds if it is important, or is about making money. He doesn't have time to chat. I imagine he gets a few emails every day. Only so many hours. Gotta prioritize. If you want a good deal on a gladiator, be patient. Going to pick mine up Tuesday.

He emailed me back on Wednesday. He's usually gotten back within a couple days via email. I also called him once last week to confirm details before placing order and he answered.

I sent Travis an email on Sunday, followed up yesterday with my build sheet. Haven't heard back yet.

We emailed every few days or so. He always got back to me within the work week.

I sent him an email the day after we met and I put the order in with a request, he wasn't going to make money off it, and he set me straight that same day.


My advice, wait 3-5 days of no reply before emailing again. After two emails and no reply, get your phone out and call. He is busy, but he will get to you. His friend Ike would be able to help you out too, they both helped me out when I went there a couple weeks ago.

I was willing to be patient to save several thousand, like 10 percent. I coulda gotten a silver Sport S for the same price he is giving me for a fully customized Stingray Rubicon.
