I'm hoping we, the Gladiatorati, can collectively figure out who makes the Mopar hard tonneau cover that is being released any day now. There's only the one picture of it (below) that I've been able to find. Based on this shot, it looks an awful lot like a BakFlip G2. That would be great, since the G2 is an awesome product.

What do you see? BakFlip or something else?

Good question, it looks sharp. I got an Extang Solid Fold II and although I'm very happy with it, the one shown in the Gladiator brochure I think look a little bit nicer...

I already have a Mopar hard trifold tonneau cover, got it about a week ago. And I just looked it over and it’s a total mystery who actually made it for Jeep/Mopar. Already have a couple of other things to put a my truck when it does arrive some day in the future. Sorry I can’t help further but they did a good job of leaving off the manufactures name.

It is possibly made by undercover flex. I got the instillation instructions from them and they match the Mopar instillation pretty well. The only difference I see is the Mopar lacks the rods to hold it in the full up position. I plan to order the cover from undercover flex as soon as I place the order for my JT. Come on Gobi

I think we have a winner. Looks identical.

There is nothing on the instructions to lead you to who actually manufactured the cover. In fact it goes on about the warranty and the manufacturers limitations and such, all pointing to only Mopar as being the manufacturer.

I will say this. I am very disappointed, there is no way to hold the cover fully open. And/or easily remove it for hauling larger items. I am hoping I can find one of the aftermarket manufacturers that will sell a retro kit to add prop rods and "thumb screw" set up. Like Rugged Ridge has. Or I will try and create one myself.
