So after talking with some family members that work in the tire business, I guess there is still a chance it could be related to the wheels/tires despite what I had first thought. I reached out to my dealers service manager to see if he would be willing to swap the wheels/tires from the known good truck to rule out an issue there. We shall see if he is open to that, but I figure it would be another method to narrow down the issue. I am still not sure it is an issue there due to the symptoms, but I am open to being proven wrong at this point lol. Also I guess there is some sort of service bulletin to replace the removable Bluetooth speaker, they took mine and are waiting for the new one to be delivered even though I never had an issue with it

Hmm, I'd be the first to say I'm surprised and wrong if it were a tire related issue. Here's hoping it's something simple like that. I just went for a ride with the service manager this afternoon, he admitted to being able to hear and feel the vibe. As for the harsh downshifting trans on deceleration, he said software might be it, but was most likely normal and the adaptive system hasn't learned my driving habbits yet. I'll update with their answers/solutions when I hear back from them.

I heard from the service manager today, the field engineer he is working with is going to have them inspect my trucks driveshafts and differential bearings when I next bring it in. It sounds like they are narrowing in on a possible cause but we shall see, I have seen other cases where the vibration was resolved with a replacement front axle

Update: service called me today, truck went in tuesday night. Said he's working directly with the FCA technicians to troubleshoot, and will be swapping rear driveshaft from a different gladiator they have to help isolate the issue. I'm happy to hear they are actively working at it. I asked what is the next step if that actually works, he said they most likely can't leave the swapped driveshaft in, so here's hoping a replacement won't be on backorder if it ends up needing a replacement. First loan payment coming up next week, and no truck. Haha my luck. Cheers all, happy weekend!

Quite possibly final update: got a call this morning, truck ready to be picked up. I drove it before turning in the rental, still has a MILD vibe but now at a couple miles per hour narrowed in. Originally very noticable from 55 to 62ish, now only noticable from 55 to 58ish....intermittent from 58 to 60. That being said, he told me they swapped a shaft from one of the other vehicles. I asked what if that vehicle is one of the few recalled, he said he'll look into it monday to find out which one it was pulled from. Long story short (too late), i have a feeling the recall will eventually expand.
As for the abrupt transmission downshifts and clacking/slapping sound when shifting out of park....still there. They looked for software updates but nothing new is available. Very disappointed that the others I test drove didn't downshift like mine. Soon as I pay it off, I may give FCA the big ol' bird and go back to my trusty F*rd pickups(maybe the new refreshed Ranger FX4). Yup....it's a 4 letter word on a jeep forum so I put the asterisk in there to keep it safe to sensitive eyes. Hahahaha. Hopefully nothing else needs to be replaced straight outta the factory line. Cheers all!

New update, JeepCares said they will have someone reach out regarding the two issues which makes me happy to hear. However, I'm still just under 1000 miles at this point and every day i drive it, i want to get rid of it. In the morning, the confused transmission shifts are so annoying, I'm tired of my head lurching forward, in traffic it feels as though it just can't figure out what gear to be in, i can only imagine how dumb this truck looks bucking as i roll at 5mph, and the vibe after being on the highway a bit more is definitely still there. So insanely frustrated with this situation. I didn't spend this kind of money for the first time in my life to buy into these problems. Shame on me. Hopefully Jeep can figure it out and make mine shift and ride nice like the 6 other JTs i test drove before ordering mine. Sorry for the half rant too...haha. trying to remain calm. Big shout out to this JeepCares thing...so happy we appear to have part of the company in our corners to work with us. Good day. Will update with next steps presented to me.

My latest update:
I dropped off my truck this morning at the dealership for an extended stay of testing and (hopefully) fixing the issue. The service manager wanted to have the truck for a longer period of time since my particular issue can be sporadic. I'm hoping something comes out of this but we shall see

Updating again:
Just heard back, after more testing today they have decided to order a "new shaft kit for the front differential". This seems somewhat in line with what I've seen in other similar threads so fingers crossed

New shaft kit, as in axle shafts??? I brought mine back on Friday, one of the service managers came for the ride and again for the second time admitted he heard it loud and clear....however, said they would communicate with FCA engineers to figure out what to do. I'll be contacting my jeepcares rep that i've been dealing with as well to find out if this could be a possibility. Not quite sure how long they plan to drag this out without even having my truck there to troubleshoot on. Strange. Keep us posted, when did they say they'll be making the repairs?

I'm not sure exactly, he told me on the phone that it was parts for the front diff and then that quote in his email to me. It's a 3-5 day wait for the parts so I will be getting the work done early next week. We shall see if this does it, I've seen other similar issues fixed with front axle replacements so maybe this will do it depending on what the fix is.

Ok, DEFINITELY update please after the work is completed. I will be happy as a pig in sh*t if my service dept tells me this is a possibility, especially since I can feel it in the steering wheel, which to me narrows it to something in the front end. Good luck with yours, hope this is it. I just started getting a ticking type of rattle in the dash going over bumps (annoying as hell considering it's a brand new vehicle, but not complaint worthy at a service dept, I don't know?), and a random high pitched screech sound upon start up, (similar to slipping serpentine belt), but it has been random so i'm trying to just record it so i can show them next time i'm there. I really hope this truck doesn't turn into a sh*t box. haha Fingers crossed because I really love it otherwise.

Just as an update, I reached out to the manager for clarification on what part have been ordered for my truck as part of the "shaft kit". It is a new axle shaft with the associated bearings and seals, which is in line with some of the other threads I've seen for this issue. As always, I will update as things go

I appreciate both of you doing all this leg work for "our" problem. I continue to tell my dealership parts manager everything you guys have been told by your dealerships. They are on my route, so I see him almost daily and the service manager is a dick. So, the more ammo I can bring in at 7500 mile oil change, the better. This forum, this thread, has really given me alot of info to continue preaching to them, that when I come in for a harmonic hum/vibration I really mean it and expect parts and service to be ordered upon my 1st visit. They do not sell, service, or see many JT's, so the abundance of ammo is very much appreciated. Thank you @XJ2JTChris and @iblowatsports

Oh we're definitely all in this together haha, I get the problems you're dealing with too. I am lucky that the service manager has taken over my case and has been so willing to listen and look into issues, prior to that I was dealing with the same stonewalling and it's very frustrating. Hopefully my repairs go well and we all get a possible answer on what is causing this issue, we shall see soon!
