Ridiculous Order build time.

My original order was Nov 9th and it's not done yet. I finally gave up right before Christmas and got them to match the 6% off invoice for one off the lot and did that instead. People are saying they waited longer which is fine, but when the dealerships tells people it will be 5-8 weeks people expecting to get them within that time frame are not that crazy for being upset.

Placed order for my Rubicon JT on May 4.. Picked it up on September 5. Seventeen weeks and five days. Would I do it again? Probably not if I knew going in the wait would be that long.

Has been totally reliable . . . no visits to dealer for anything. Only real gripe I have now is lack of a trailer brake controller. Still not available from Jeep.

Maybe they are confused with the max tow/ 6 speed? I ordered mine 18 ish november and it has been sitting in the holding grounds here in san diego for a week now. Just waiting on the 15 mile truck drive to the dealer lot.

They're probably confused because the Max Tow doesn't exist in a 6-speed.

I finally got intel from my dealer today. Direct from FCA, the 6 speed manual withOUT the front trail cam has been back ordered due to programming of the 8.4 head unit. FCA predicted there would be more front camera sales than what was actually sold, therefor any 6speed manual that did not order the front trail cam was put on indefinite hold because of the lack of no front trail cam 8.4 head units. In order to get the build going I had to order a front camera. So, it hits the line tomorrow. And I changed it to Granite.

Same here, i had to get to the front cam to get the build going. Still in C1, but i think the holidays really messed me up.
