Installed my bumper and winch, taught the neighbors kids a few new words too. Rigged Ridge Arcus and Smittybilt 12k X2O. Still need to go pre-tension the rope....
Looks awesome! Did the factory fog lights fit no problem?

Installed my Bestop Sunrider. Not real difficult but one of the z clips was a PITA to get locked in. Did it myself in about an hour and 15 minutes. Now I hope it doesn’t leak!

How’d you get the bike to balance like that?

Added a Nuthouse Industries Nutzo Expedition Rack today. The quality of the build is amazing, and the guys at Nuthouse are top notch. I would absolutely recommend this group and the rack to anyone. They’ll build pretty much whatever you want. I probably changed my design 10 times and every time they said “no problem”.

I installed the Draw-tite hitch last week, finally got around to installing the brake controller:

(Still need to add some trim to hide my saw cuts).

After installing this, I cannot recommend putting it here. That is the original model Prodigy brake controller, not one of the newer ones that can be installed at any angle. This one can be placed at up to 70 degrees vertically, but only about 1/16th of a degree below level! Seriously, the first 3 times I installed, it complained about facing downwards. I ended up enlarging the hole much more than I wanted.

Now that it is in, I like it. My legs never get close to it, I can see it through the steering wheel, and it is easy to access. But what a pain!

For wiring I used the https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories_and_Parts/Tekonsha/3073-P.html gladiator specific harness. No feedback issues, very easy install.
Whats the difference between this hitch and the stock one?

Thank you and much appreciated. A lot more to come. Saw you bought from Pollard. I couldn’t be happier with them.

I have the same tube doors. Found that the stopper bolts on the front doors were too short and the doors rattled going over the slightest bump. Have you had any issues?

Nice, I've got almost the same setup waiting to be installed. I opted to get the Arcus bumper without the Over-Rider bar and I got the XRC Gen 3 12k Winch. Unfortunately the winch was delivered without the bolts that secure the winch to the bumper and the hardware needed to connect the fairlead. Both of those should be delivered today.

The fogs were the easiest part of the install, snapped right in to the adapters!

Yes. You have to adjust them to get rid of the rattle. Lightly loosen the locking nut away from the latch box and unscrew the bolt/stopper a few twists. Shut the door and give it a shake. Keep letting the bolt out a little until it is firm on close and no rattle. Then set the locking nut against the latch box. Be carful twisting the bolt. You don't want to tear off the rubber stopper. All four of my doors are tight.

Here's the screw and nut:
