I found out that the windshield wiper switch says FRONT WIPER on it, still looking for the rear wiper.

Sorry it's the OCD in me kicking in that they reused the Wrangler wiper switch and didn't change the text.

Is it just me, or has anyone else occasionally heard a very faint, very high pitched siren sound coming from somewhere in the dash? I usually hear it when I'm stopped at a light (when everything's quiet). The first few times I thought it was a real siren in the distance so I'd look around for the emergency vehicle. After a while I realized it's coming from the Jeep. Barely noticeable. Almost sounds like a hard disk spinning up. Truck is a Rubi with 7 inch radio FWIW.

Steering wheel media controls
Right side back of steering wheel - top/bottom of switch controls radio volume, center of switch controls source (AM, FM, XM...)..

The volume of the guidance system can be set with this switch while audible guidance is active.

Left side back of steering wheel - top/bottom of switch controls tuning up and down, center of switch controls saved favorites.
I was highly disappointed for about 3 days when I thought I didn’t get any media controls. A few days in, I accidentally brushed my hand against the left controls and got so excited I missed my turn while messing with them. Lol.

Pretty sure you're hearing the HVAC fan. Shut off your HVAC controls next time you hear it as a test.

Hi wannajeep,
We certainly share your concerns with this sound in your dash. We recommend having this looked at by your dealer- feel free to send us a PM for additional support during your visit.

Thanks Kathryn! Don't worry; I'm not concerned at all - I was just curious as to what it was. No need for a dealer visit but I appreciate your support.

On the 8.4 system when listening to SXM it's always recording your favorites and as you scroll through it starts playing at the beginning of whatever song is currently playing. Also, the mute button pauses whatever you're listening to.

If you listen to the radio and turn on the backup cam you can still see what is playing (somewhat)

This seems to be a common occurrence. I wonder what the deal is.
If the backup sensors can't see enough on the sides, it beeps. It does sound funky but mine only beeps when backing out of my driveway and I have trees and a mailbox on the sides. It's stupid

Now if we could just get the half doors and the matching half fob!
The FOB actually doubles as a half door. They gave me 2 so I would have both front doors covered.

OK.... who else has a bit of Gator in their
Stingray. Owned this Sting for 6 Mos. Just noticed the rear seat latches are painted a different “animal”. Both rear seat latches are Gator coloured. While the tethers are Stingray.
Anyone else have this anomaly?
