Looks great, can't wait to install mine.
Are the 3/4" spacers something you needed because of heavier front end items? Bumper, winch, etc or just to completely eliminate any rake?
Bumper and winch add a bit of weight (150) but I think the rear Springs sit higher than expected.... RK says ther is a 3/4 rake built in but mine seems a bit more..... truck sat dead level with 1 1/2 spacer and stock Rubicon suspension so I don't think it's the weight....getting everything to settle in now for a few days.... I have 1-1/2 spacers on hand (uninstalled). I'll put 3/4 om one side and a 1 1/2 on the other to make a final decision as to what looks best....

Picked my JT sport up from the shop yesterday, had it regeared to 5.13 and the RK pro x rear cradle installed/welded and control arms replaced (shop accidentally ordered x-factor kit the first time but made it right :)).

Notes on regear:
I have the 6 speed/manual transmission, which unfortunately comes geared at 3.73, the difference is AMAZING when running 37s/beadlocks. 5th Was barely usable, 6th was completely unusable With 37s (before the regear), even before replacing the tires it felt like there was no power with all the hills here in TN. AFTER the regear, it’s like a completely new truck and has restored faith in the manual transmission. I now have power through all gears, I’ll say 1st is a bit short but I’d much prefer that to the former configuration lol I’m seeing an increase in MPG, but will really need to drive it more before I can stand by that lol

difference between xfactor vs pro x:
major increase in ride quality on road. Rear feels like it articulates more consistently with the front, so it just feels much smoother/softer. Gotta break in The new gears and do a diff fluid flush after 500 miles before I take it wheeling again, but really excited to see the difference off-road.

overall I couldn’t be happier with the current setup. In the future, I’ll be looking to add an ARB Twin compressor for tires, then hopefully adding arb air lockers shortly after that!

I'll see if I can get our JT in the shop today and grab some pics. It is a slushy, nasty mess outside right now with the 4" of snow we had last night and the 50° weather we are seeing today.
Adam, did you ever get a chance to take that pic of the rear springs?
I’m headed over to Gearheads in Waterford, MI today to rent a hoist and do my 500 mile break-in health and torque check on the lift and I guess I’ll just compare the right and left side coils and see if the bottom coil end is in the same orientation and make the left offending side the same as right?
I also read other posts here about minor squeaking and to check sway bar links torque and lube. Added it to the list.

Also, was or is RK working with Fox to develop or tune a set of their 2.5 series shocks for the rear of the JT?

EDIT: I just got back from Health n Torque check and all was good but the springs were a bit different from left to right by about 20 degrees more CCW compared to the right spring which does not squeak.
And now that I “Fluid Filmed” everything including the upper spring seats as best I could and sway bar links and swap bar bushings I hear this............................ Yup, nuthin’. NO SQUEAKS! PLUS I found the source of of an intermittent rattle or tap, clunk sound. I’ve dropped my spare to make room when installing this lift kit and hadn’t put it back up in there yet. So there was that dangly cable hanging thingy that holds the spare up in there and I noticed it could knock around a bit and tap klunk into stuff even though the cable was cranked tight. So I tied a shop rag around it for the ride home and that silenced that! Happy happy Joy Joy!! I still can’t get over how nice my Jeep now rides and how badass it looks with a 3” lift.

Thanks again Adam and RK!

My lift is installed. Pro-X "No-limits" with RK shocks with Yeti track-bar, drag-link and tie-rod and Fox ATS steering stabilizer. Rides on 37" BFG KM3's. The ride is excellent. Much smoother and more responsive than the oem suspension. The RK shocks tuned for the Gladiator provide a superb response.

A little clearance checking. I need to extend my rear swaybar links another few inches.

Sorry that this is off topic but i just wanted to know if you had problems with warranty yet with the dealer cause dont you have to trim off part of the metal that hangs from the frame and i just wanted to know if you've had problems with warranty with the quarter pounder bumper

I haven't, honestly, the lift bay is tied up with the diesel JLU R&D and with NY regulations on employment right now, we are a small crew, operating somewhere around 20% of regular staffing. I'm staying late tonight to try and get the diesel finished enough to move out of the way so that I can get the JT in for photos.

Jeremy here has been working with the team at Fox on shock tuning for a number of applications. He's also working with the team at Bilstein and they will have good options soon as well. I don't have an ETA on when either company will be ready to run.
