The other way you can check for sure, is to put a jack under the differential and jack it up.
With the transmission in neutral, rotate one wheel.
If the other wheel spins in the same direction, you have the track lok. If it spins the other differential, then you have an open diff.

ok, so if it is not listed how do you check if it is there?

If the sticker doesn't show what's circled in red it doesn't have it.

I thought the number designation was regarding thickness? So the 220 rear are 10mm thicker than the 210 front, which are thicker than the M190 and M200 Dana 44s of the JLs.

My JTO has the D44 HD axles M210/220, but with 3.73 ratio. Is there a way to determine the wide vs not?

You have the Max tow and 4.10 gears... says it right there on the first row. The $995 I BELIEVE is the discounted rate because you probably got the customer preferred package too.

I understood that about the axle's and gears, trying to find out if I have Trac Lok. I will put it on a jack this evening and check the dif and see if it turns same or opposite.

Not thickness. Diameter.
That's the size of the ring gear.

Kind of like the Ford 9", or the 8.8"

The front diameter is slightly smaller. Still better than a Dana 30.

Sorry I misunderstood, but you would see the Trak-Lock as an option on your window sticker too.

If you have your window sticker, or the VIN, post it and we can look and tell you.

I have looked, not there. That is why i was asking if it was included in the Max tow package. Oh well, I will get by.

In Australia, they DON'T provide a window sticker on vehicles (such a pain in the ass move). So if you google "Jeep build sheet VIN" you get a page with this link, that allows you to enter your VIN and see what it was built with:

Happy VIN'ing.
