Did you replace the oem 42mm nut before sending it to dealer or just leave the synergy one on?
Also, any difference with the brace back on? I swear mine squeaks when I turn the wheel while sitting still...
Yeah I keep everything so I put the OEM nut back on. I'm on 35x12.5 and Mopar lift and without the brace I was getting a good bit of feedback up the wheel when hitting bumps 55+mph. It caught me off guard at first. Brace eliminated all of that. I've never had wandering issues just a dead spot in the wheel that the new box fixed. I dealt with bad squeaking a couple times out of the sector shaft brace and it seemed I over tightened that back hex bolt and it would sing the song of it's people when I turned. Dialed that back and haven't had any issues since.

My steering wheel was off center which I thought was really odd. Drives straight. But why would the drag link have changed?

I took my JTR into my dealer here in WV Friday equipped with 37 inch tires and a 2 inch mopar lift as well as a falcon stabalizer. Only thing I removed was my TazerMini just in case. The dealer took it for a 5 minute drive, came back and told me they'd order the parts. No hassle at all. Hope this does the trick. I had already bought a Synergy Sector Shaft Brace but may not install now. Will update when the fix is made.

The only thing I can think of is that it was wrong before the repair - and it pulled or the steering gear was way out of adjustment and now the new one put things where they should be - making the wheel off-center.
This would make more sense if it pulled before the repair.

It pulled all over the place before the repair and three shops swore the alignment was good. It drives great. Just steering wheel off center bothers me. Lol

That's easy to resolve!
I had to recenter mine after putting the Rubicon front springs under my Overland because it raised the front roughly 7/8" of an inch - which was enough to toss the steering wheel off-center just a bit.

Hope that's not referring to the pitman arm to sector shaft nut........... that's about 1/4 what the torque is on my cars.
Pitman arm nuts are over 100 ft/pounds, 115 on my earlier Jeeps and cars.

No these are the two little dinky screws that go into the sector shaft brace. The pitman nut is 184. Dealer tightened mine back down with the strength of Thor. Gave my impact a run for it's money.

WHEW! Thanks for the clarification. THAT is the squeak...... got it.
LOL - I can see 'em using Thor's hammer on the thing now.

I assumed the pitman nut should be tighter than the older ones - they are larger, of course, first of all, and then the stresses of these.....

Anyone saying yes or no is guessing only unless they work for Jeep........... it would be pure speculation.
A guess based on the time that has passed and the issues Jeep is dealing with related to that steering gear would be yes........ because from what I've seen, no 2021 has even been built yet.
