The Milestar Patagonias are amazing on road and offroad. I have experience with them doing both and they perform incredible. No road noise at all and they are not bumpy when comin to a stop. I will be getting the Milstars after I wear out the stock tires on my Rubicon. Plus the price is hard to beat!

I have no experience with the Pats but my JKU is on its 3rd set of SST Pros in the 37" size. They are bullerproof and last a long time. I do a 5 tire rotation with my JKU and that is the only time my spare has ever been used. Actually I'm trying to decide between the STT Pros or Falken AT3ws for my JTR.

Was set on getting 37 Patagonias but I see Walmart and Amazon has lowered the price on 37 inch Cooper STT Pros to $269, so all in 5 tires they would run me $180 more than the Patagonias, any suggestions on which tire to go with? This is a daily driver here in FL. I see the Coopers weigh about 10lbs more per tire.
Loving my Cooper SSTs... moderate noise, good road manners, fine wear, tough as nails.

I have 38x15.50 Patagonia Milestars and love them. Aggressive look without the horrible road noise. I have a set of coopers on my work truck and have had a great experience with them as well. Go for what looks better to You. I would rate them bout the same.

I’ve also had great experience with Patagonias and will add them to my Rubicon in the same size you are running. What size and offset is your rim? Looks outstanding!

This is my first set of Pats...so far they are fine. More quiet than I expected on road. Balanced out fine. Only time will tell. I consider this a test set. I'm personally a fan of the Goodyear MT/Rs and have had excellent results with them. So I will be comparing these to them.

anyone else concerned with the weight of the Cooper? it seems to be one of the heaviest 37's I've looked at, the Patagonia is 9lbs lighter.

Never had an issue. Can't say it is noticeable. Actually, I'd rather move my 37" Coopers than my son's 35" Falkens. Maybe it is his factory wheels but they seem so much heavier than my 37s.

Yeah, I just put some strong, but light, wheels around my Coopers.

I'm a little late to this thread but having owned both (my Coopers were 285/75r17, currently running Milestar Pat MTs 37/12.5r17) I would say that both are super comfy, quiet and perform great as everyone else has said. However, the Pats wear way faster (I doubt I'll get 30k mi out of them) and for a few dollars more to get double the life with the Coopers, I think I'll go with Coopers in 37 when it comes time to get a new set.

I'm about to do another review update on a set of 295/70-17 Milestar M/Ts that are beyond 40k now on my cousin's Ram 2500 diesel. If they can go beyond 40,000 miles on a 7,500 lb. truck that gets driven hard, they should last 60k easily on a Jeep.

My personal set of Pats only has a few thousand miles but they look brand new. My prior set of Pats in 315/70-17 was run on a JL and JT both for a couple of years and looked fantastic when I took them off to trade the Jeep in.

I'm not sure I understand how people are wearing these tires out so fast. They seem to hold up fantastic on any rig I've seen them on.

To be fair, I have seen people say the Milestar Pats last more than 40k so I'm definitely interested in your review. Might just be back luck for those of us that aren't getting the same life out of them (or overly aggressive driving habits). For the price and weight, I really shouldn't complain.

Patagonia's...I have 26,000 miles on mine and have close to half tread left. Very quiet. The OEM Falken MTs were awful in my opinion. Loud and a lot of road vibration. I've had BFG MTR's in the past and loved those, but these Patagonia's are awesome.

How are your pats holding up after the first year of use? I’m thinking about going with this very same tire.

I’ve got 20k on mine so far. 99% highway/1% sand use. I rotate with every oil change and they still ride great/quiet. Just got them at the start of summer so don’t know how winter performance is but I’m going to buy them again if they’re the same price without a doubt.

For what it’s worth I’ll always pay $180 more to support something made in the USA vs overseas.
