Remote start on cold weather package...seats or wheel don’t come on..

Anybody else experience this? On the 8.4 screen you have a choice for remote starts or all starts. I’ve tried both and the defrost runs on both, but no seats or wheel.

I believe it still as to be below a predetermined temperature threshold...not certain what that threshold is but likely at least below 40 degrees.

Software or not...doesn't matter...good time to visit the dealer and let them figure it out...

I think so too. I also noticed my driver mirror isn’t defrosting either. Other one cleared up quick.

So the ambient temp on the display inside the Jeep shows 31 degrees? And these settings are selected within UConnect? And it still won't turn on the heated wheel or seats when you remote start?

I'd let the dealer check that out.

That maybe what is dragging it down. Probably a default protection strategy of the climate software.

Forgot to ask...have you checked your fuses? Might be worth a look and save you a trip. Otherwise, you leave it in the hands of the dealer to figure out as well...good luck!
