I sent Jeep Chat another message today and they are still stating it should arrive soon. Here is their response:

“Thank you so much for holding, I appreciate your patience. I am seeing that your vehicle is in the shipping stage, on the way to your selling dealership. Your delivery to dealership ETA window is: 11/04/2020 - 11/18/2020 it will not be much longer until the vehicle arrives at the dealership. In this case we can suggest checking back later in the week for an update on your order. Congratulations again on the purchase! We appreciate having you in the Jeep family!”

It's good to hear some of you guys are making progress. :like:

I'm on the clock with a sales tax offset from a previous vehicle sale (have to buy its replacement within 90 days to receive the offset). December 13th is my hard deadline to take delivery; and at the rate things are not progressing on my build, that seems less and less likely to happen. This will make my eighth ordered vehicle through Chrysler, and they've never gone out to the 10 week point before. 12 weeks seemed like a reasonably-safe timeframe.

FCA did not promise me it would be delivered by "X" date so I can't and won't point fingers, but it would definitely stink to let that sales tax offset (almost 50% of the sales tax otherwise due) disappear.

That stinks. It’s weird Jeep doesn’t put more priority into people who have ordered, since it’s a guaranteed sale.

For anyone who got an email from cryptostickers today that has had your vehicle for a while. Sorry for the confusion. I tracked down a bug that wasn't updating people in a certain state. Once fixed everything caught up and sent out a bunch of emails.
Thanks for your continued work on this. It is much appreciated.

Predicting the future
I pick mine up in the morning from the dealer. Did the paperwork yesterday, but they put tires and wheels on for me today. Here is my build and the status as I checked. I feel really lucky to get it in six weeks!

Rubicon diesel, granite crystal, body color top and fender flares, dark saddle seats, most other options, bedliner.

9/23: Ordered.
10/2: Called dealer and got copy of VON and VIN.
10/12: Jeep Chat states that all parts received and ready to build.
10/16: Dealer said that it is in "trim".
10/19: Crypto site build sheet notification.
10/21: Jeep Chat states that it is in the shipping process with no ETA to dealership.
10/21: Crypto site window sticker notification.
10/22: Dealer said it is shipping and would try to get more info.
10/27: Jeep Chat states that shipping arrangements not yet completed. ETA to dealer: 11/2 - 11/16.
10/30: Dealer said it was in Cheyenne, WY. Should probably be in next week.
11/4: Jeep Chat states that it is on the way to the dealer. ETA to dealer: 11/2 - 11/16.
11/5: Dealer called. It is in.

Best of luck to all those waiting!
Like others have said, I don't get it. I ordered a week before you and I'm "awaiting additional parts to be installed". Probably my bedliner. So it's been sitting around doing nothing for 8 days. My build sheet arrived on the exact same day of my D1 Status Estimated Ship date.

But not only is the entire 'order to delivery' for you going to be about 3 or 4 weeks shorter than mine, I'm looking at each phase and each one is way shorter for you. Like you were building by 24 days in, I didn't start framing until 47 days in. From build sheet to shipping, you were about 10 days. I'm going to be closer to 15 to 20 days if I'm lucky.

I'm also getting really frustrated with not being to get information from anyone. It's not the dealership's fault. They are not building the vehicle. And JeepCares is useless. They don't even have access to see that I had an estimated ship date of Nov 4th which is long gone already.

I feel your angst. Sales guy texted and said estimated delivery of 11/16-11/30. Ordered 9/2.

Obviously I don’t order 55k vehicles every day (or ever before), but my recommendation would be go LineX or someone else for the bedliner. My truck sat for nearly 3 weeks at the body vendor and the only other things I had installed were floor mats and the soft tonneau.

I know JeepCares tries, but they don’t really know anything and I got to the point where I dealt with several of them on multiple occasions.

There seems to be a lot different about going Jeep, and it’s cool you can Burger King your truck, but I do feel some of our trucks get lost, and Jeep could do a much better job of making sure that doesn’t happen.

looks like the last couple days the 24 hour changes have increased in batches...seems maybe the 2021's are starting to move? Here's hoping!

Dlaw spot on here buddy! Jeepcares is on this and no help at all! Does not make any sense to me either. Happy others got the JT's but man not fun waiting with no info. Sucks even more when you don't hear from your dealer! Argh
