My Gladiator has a build date of 6/20. Tried to get the local dealer to install the Mopar brake controller. He tells me that it needs a wiring harness that won't be available until at least February.

I gave him the vin and he came back saying that if it doesn't have "adh" in it then it needs the wiring harness. Does this sound correct?

Here's the Cliff Notes, I'm sure someone will chime in if I missed something.

The ADH sales code only applies to the Wrangler. The wire harness mentioned is only necessary if the Wrangler was ordered without the Tow Package.

Installing the Mopar Brake controller is essentially the same as any aftermarket controller. There is no computer flash required, since it does not integrate with the Gladiator computer systems. Install it the way it ships, attached to the mounting plate, not how the picture in the instructions shows it.

The most difficult part is installing the knob. There is a tool available to make the job easier. Some of the knobs are assembled incorrectly and need to be taken apart and reassembled before install.
