I just received the email. Kit shipping. Thank you Benny
Same here. Looking very forward to it - but today is the last nice day for the foreseeable future so likely now they'll sit LOL. 50s today, then temps go down the potty, snow, and rain and ice and fun stuff coming this way.
Oh, well - since the WJ a better vehicle for our winters (no messing with shifting the t-case back and forth) and since I have no place to go at all any more - the truck will likely sit now for a while.

Hi,
I finally received my passenger side wiring harness today. I had previously done the drivers side with no issues. Anyway, when I tried using JSCAN to program the passenger side, everything seemed to go through OK. However it isn't working. It's almost like it's not connected. (it is) Nothing happens. Has anyone had this issue before? Sorry in advance if this was covered and I missed it.

Just completed this today. Both sides work without issue--however, I enabled the Passive entry radio options = active in Jscan, but nothing comes up in the options on my radio. Not sure if I should try toggling it again?

It took a day for it to show up in my Wife's 8.4 uconnect. it did show up in my base radio immediately.

I thought jscan didn't work on any radio options unless you used the $99 OBD adapter. I got a warning in jscan that it could not set those things without the MX+ adapter.

With the 8.4, yes. When you activate the menu option you are not changing anything in the radio you are changing the settings in the BCM. It apparently takes a bit before the radio gets the news that there is a new option in the BCM.

Like @Gregj said, give it time. It takes a few drive and sleep cycles for the radio to pull the new bcm config. The UAS and UAQ radios are notorious for taking a long time to pull settings.
As for the Bluetooth interface, there are certain interfaces, such as the BAFX, that will eventually come across some VehConfig settings that it’s not fast enough to make, but CustSetMenu settings (those that have to do with radio settings) are actually the easiest bits for the interface to process.
Ive been configuring FCA BCMs for years (before Jscan was a thought in the developer’s head), and the MX is the only Bluetooth interface that will, without a doubt, be fast enough to make any setting change it comes across, barring a few cluster mileage correction instances.

I've been checking my tracking every few hours LOL. I can't wait to get this. But snow is coming tomorrow...so not sure I want to be a hero installing this all with frozen hands. Might have to wait until spring. AMP.com said to take the doors off and bring them inside...I would but you have to lower the window enough to get at the bolts under the rubber caps...and can'r do that with no power.

I'm just happy that they are finally shipping. I also had ordered something else on that same order which had been in stock the entire time...so I'm happy to be getting that too.
