Man, I'm not feeling the love, I might be the oldest order now 7/20, sounds like they are coming into a New Jersey port and heading west, right past me! One Travler did you pick yours up yet?

Jax- I did! Some non fun life stuff got in the way of finishing the install, but a buddy offered his warm garage to stash and put together. The two of us got it together in just over 2 hours (wasn’t rushing). Had a pucker moment looking at the shipping box as the roof panel box had some obvious damage!p, but everything good inside. Mine shipped with (I’m guessing) the fix for the tight door gasket...it had 2 extra support pads for the corners. Hopefully will get over there soon this week to finish up. Will report back when I do. Great solid feel!

Because Keystone is not shipping first in/first out with orders and they apparently don't have the means and/or willingness to correct the situation. The only thing they excel at is over promising and under delivering.....

Because our products are sold through distribution, we do not have information on the dealer orders that are being fulfilled. Please reach back out to Offroad Alliance as they can work with the distributor to get you an answer.
Please forgive the redundancy as I just mentioned this to another customer directly above this post. All SmartCaps are sold in North America through distribution. Please contact the dealer you purchased from and have them contact their distributor to get you information on when you can expect to receive your SmartCap.
As mentioned, they are not coming from us direct. SmartCap is sold 100% through distribution in North America. Also as mentioned, we are not privy to individual customer (consumer or dealer) orders.
Please forgive my redundancy, but you must quit telling people to contact their dealer. The distributor that RSI chose to partner with in North America is a failure in terms of shipping orders in a First in/first out basis and knowing when and where their freight will deliver to their own warehouses and then on to the selling dealers. Whatever information that Keystone gives their dealers is a complete fabrication. I've received misinformation from my dealer for weeks, only to find out that Keystone just keeps dishing out BS. You are performing a huge disservice to your customers by continually referring them to their dealer.

The real answer is "you will get your cap at some unknown point in the future. You should not include taking ownership of an RSI product in any time sensitive planning. Due to the distribution partner we chose, Your dealer will have zero accurate information so quit bothering them."

Funny you can get one delivered to Alaska "so quick"! Can't wait to see a picture of it, you have the same color Jeep as me.

And, apparently, once you get the call it’s fast. The freight company just told me it’ll be at my house tomorrow. So 5 days from the OA call. We’ll all look back at this, with our BA caps and laugh.

Did you order from OA as well? The rep I worked with told me to accept the package even if damaged. That they would be able to assist me in getting a new one. Then he said, some customers have been able to get temporary remedies while they wait. Otherwise, I reject it and wait another 60-90 days.
