I just purchased my gladiator rubicon. I was actually considering on getting 37’s but the amount of driving I do, I think 35’s would fit my needs best.

for now I would like to run down my 33’s. But I still want to change the look of it. I was thinking of running 1.75” spacers. I want to know how weird it looks. Lol

I was curious to know if anyone out there has wheel spacers on their stock gladiator Rubicon with 33’s??
Or even 35’s would be cool to. If you can post some pics I would really appreciate it!

thanks In advance!

Not a Rubicon but Max tow which has the same wide track axles as the Rubicon. This mine on 315 70 17 BFG KO2s and 1.75" wheel spacers with Rubicon take off front springs and 2.5" ReadyLift SST lift kit.

Yeah stock wheels and I had the stock tires on before that. Can't remember the size. Heres a few other pics, before lift, before before spacers etc. Drives better than it did stock, a little more stable with the wider stance.

Personally I'm a fan of the BFGs. On my 4th set in a row and never had one issue out of them. They are light so they want affect your gas mileage as bad as other bigger tires. I'm going to 37's when these wear out. Hope this helps.

You can run 35s on stock wheels without a lift or spacers so just swap the tires. If you upgrade to 37s you’ll need a 2” lift and can still use your stock wheels.

Nice!!! So you ran 37s on stock rim with a 2” lift?? Wow!! That sounds inviting!

how was the flex while wheeling??
Besides regearing and recalibrating the Speedo, were there any other updates needed? Drive was still good?

No regear, Tazer mini, runs like a scalded dog at 6k feet above sea level. 18 MPG mixed driving. Wheeling is great. See below...many more trails to go!

Out of curiosity, what’s the weight on those BFG’s? Did you have to regear or feel any difference in your drive or steering?

No regearing, drives great and steers great. They weigh 63lbs a tire. I average between 18.5 and 19mpg average and as high as right at 21 on a long trip.

Ever have any issues caused by the spacers? Which brand did you get? Any pics front the front straight on?
