Started with this ride right kit, then got the rear upper and lower arms in today to realign the axle and bring the pinion back to aligned. That's what's cool about the original kit, you can always add on later. And if you go to 3.5" springs it's just some tweaks to the adjustable side of the arms.

The rear lower Clayton arms are almost 2x the weight of the factory.

Can't wait to see that rear track bar pic after install.
Ok, I got the Clayton 3.5" Overland Plus kit installed this weekend. It is an awesome!! kit. Every part is top notch. Fit like a glove. Here are some pics of the new rear track bar which is bent to allow 37s. I still have the stock 33s for a few days, so, I will update when I get the 37s, so, you can see the actual clearance with 37s.

Note: I believe the new brake lines are required, otherwise, you will have to really shorted your end links. My old Vacula took care of the bleeding. Mine are still a little long, I have to shorten them about 1/2 inch.

it was a fun 2.5 days, lol..., but, your kit made it non-frustrating. Everything went together so nice. Congrats on a great product ! Love those beefy arms, they really go well with the Gladiator.

Anyone know how thick of a spacer is needed to level out a JTR with a factory steel bumper?
With our kit probably about 1/2" or 3/4" of an inch if you want to be really level

Went with a 2.5" Ride Right kit with Fox 2.0 Shocks. Threw some 38x13.50x20 Ridge Grapplers on 20" Black Rhino wheels. Rides great, I'm so happy with the choice I made, and it looks awesome as well.

Can you post some pics? I have a 2.5” Overland system with Fox shocks waiting for delivery and throwing 37’s on.

That looks great with the stock rims. Did you have to use spacers?
I do rub the front lower control arms at full lock. I have ordered 1.5" Spacers. I'll report back once they are on.

Thanks ! Goodyear MTR Kevlar - 37x12.5x17. They are a big 37, true to size. They will not fit in between the frame rails of the spare tire location -- even if they clear the track bar. I have a Patagonia MTR as a spare, same size, but, it is 1/2" or more shorter. Wheels are Method 703 "bead grip" in zero offset. Tires stick out about "1/2 a lug" from the rear fender on the Goodyear MTR. No rock/mud slinging on the body with the RSE sliders there.
