those of you who've done the 3.5 overland plus is brake lines and drive shaft adjustments needed?
Brake lines are actually included in our 3.5" system! :like: Driveshafts are recommended, however it mainly depends on how often and how hard you plan on wheeling your truck!

Is that the 2.5 or 3.5?
Just their ca’s and bars. Springs are fabtech mojave specific for a 2” lift; which would put it 3” above rubicon...so i think Clayton 2.5” springs would be closest.

Perfect, I've got the 2.5. Looks great with that stance. Thanks.

Thanks. Ive got a few hundred lb’s in the bed to test squat; adding a 3/4 rear spacer to the springs. I like a little rake to the truck, but also like how the Mojave tuning drives.

Cheers!

I installed the 3.5" overland plus kit and did the longer rear brake lines (definitely required), Adams front drive shaft, and the Rock Jock rear driveshaft carrier spacer - instead of a new rear driveshaft. So far, checking full articulation, I have not seen a problem.

Nice! My 3.5 Overland Plus is going in early next week and doing 5.13 gears and Adam’s front and rear driveshafts. Can’t wait!

Just installed the 3.5 Overland Plus. Took a couple days to fine tune settings/adjustments. Also aired down to 27 psi. All I can say is, an amazing product that is very well made. Drives so smooth. Friends and others are amazed at the height! Definitely underrated but love it!

@Clayton Off Road. Thank you for always taking my calls, answering the simplest of emails while providing great customer service!

Simply the best!!

I really like your setup. I just bought the 2.5 Clayton. Do you think 37x13.50 would fit on those rebound 17x8.5" rims without rubbing inside? I'm torn between the 12.50 or the 13.50s.

Did you re-adjusted the control arms or had to deviate from Clayton's recomendations after installing the spacer to achieve proper pinion angle?

No, I followed Clayton's recommendations exactly. When I got my 37s installed after I finished the lift kit, I adjusted the front and back track bars about 1 turn each to get the front and rear tires exactly centered, ie. I moved them about 1/8" or 1/4". I never changed the control arm settings specified by Clayton. I eyeballed the tires with the fenders and used the "string method" - tied a string around all four tires to see gaps. I was so happy with the alignment and ride, that I did not bother to install the Rock Jock spacer. I did about six 4wheeling trails/days like that. Then, a few days ago, I looked at the rear pinion and it looked like it could use a little tilting up, so, I decided to finally install the Rock Jock Spacer. It is the easiest install you will do, and it did give me a little better angle and of course a little more length. I think it is a great and easy mod that only helps the geometries.

Just a quick if not dumb question: Have you considered making a 1.5” ride right kit for those of us who want upgraded components, the ability to run 33”-34” tires, and don’t want to do a spacer lift? I have a sport max tow but don’t need the 3 inches of lift that the 2.5” kit would provide. I do want a 1.5-2” lift that almost levels me out though.

We do have something like this in the works, if you're interested shoot me a DM and we can talk more!
