I Iove it and use it all the time. I am returning from a week long trip to Moab with a travel trailer (currently in Caldwell, ID.) Works great for drafting vehicles ahead and saving gas. While towing, I don't want to go 80 mph because of gas mileage, so I find a semi going 70 mph and hang behind them. I wouldn't get a new vehicle without it.
One thing to remember is that you can override it when needed just like regular CC. If a vehicle in front of me is slowing down to exit, as soon as they are out of the way, I press on the gas just as you would without CC.
