Quadratec dead pedal finally installed. Waited almost two months for it. This thing is solid!!! But that 13mm nut on the firewall that has to come off to install is a bitch to break loose. Have a 13mm closed end wrench handy. A socket isn't going to cut it.

Just add a separate nut on top of the existing one

Today got the amazon Koafu steel stubby bumper installed, it comes assembled but being me, had to sand it and repainted due to shipping scratches.

LED turn front switchback Bulbs, really easy and nice upgrade

used the old wiring harness for the fog lights that came with bumper

Rear Vinjet LEDs

Rodent Repellers!

Got a pair of them on Amazon.

Put some adhesive backed velcro on them,

and stuck one to the top of the fuse box so the strobe light points straight at “Rat Patio” on top of my battery cover,

and velcroed the second one to the bottom of the bed just above the fuel filler and evap lines (where the little suckers had their $500 snack!).

Part of the dealerships repair was “installing rodent tape”, which turned out to be a piece about 4” long, daintily pressed on lengthwise along a portion of the evap line where it exits the hard plastic fitting at the fuel tank. Nice….

I pulled off the rodent tape, wrapped glass tape around as much of the evap line as I could reach, then wrapped the little piece of rodent around the glass tape in the same place the dealership stuck it. Hopefully the combo of strobes, ultrasound, glass tape and rodent tape will keep them from snacking there again.

Today was the 38x13.5R17 Milestar Patagonia's. So far I am very pleased with them. I think I have my truck very close to what I want. Looking to go to an aluminum tie rod and drag link, skid plates and American made aluminum bumpers. American Adventure lab chop light and inner fenders are all ready on order. Not sure what else I could possibly need after that. Then it is time to start saving up for the Canon R1:headbang:

How does it hold up with all the doors in? I presume you put cement between the pipes just as you would with regular plumbing?

It has held up well the few times I've used it so far. I have not glued it together as I am taking a beach trip in August and will break it down and take with me.

When i return, i will be gluing the joints to give it better strength.

I love seeing the weather warm up and everyone increasing the Mods. Surprised to see I was many pages behind in this thread.

I installed my new PRP seat covers. My previous ride was the 10th Anniversary Rubicon JKU that had tthe red leather seats. I missed those. These look brighter in the pictures than team life, but still would have liked it a shade darker to match the dash panels.

I like the look and it is eye catching when going doorless.
