The knee panel speakers were not hard to do to be honest. Thanks Car Audio Fabrications for a very easy walk through.

Awesome. Looking to do that someday with my Sport (also all manual). Where’d you pick up the 8.4 screen from? Are you planning to replace the A/C controls as well?
Got it from https://nismopar.com/

They sell brand new units setup for your VIN, and also packages that include the bezel, ac panel and Tazer mini if you want it. I already had the Tazer, so just bought the radio and the bezel. Don’t need the Tazer unless you want to upgrade the AC panel or enable the off road pages. I’d recommend it though, does lots of other great stuff too.

Fast shipping, came setup for my VIN, was a super simple install. I went this way instead of somewhere like infotainment.com because I wanted a new unit.

I’m planning to swap the AC panel too, but it does work fine without… just no volume or tune knob. Can find them in the member market here for $200.

I took delivery of my gladiator 10 days ago and got to drive it for the first time last night. Other than driving it around the dealer and into the trailer to bring it home I had not had a chance.
Today I washed it, removed the eco diesel emblem, gladiator stickers on the quarters, paint corrected and ceramic coated it. I was going to pull theRubicon stickers and Jeep off the front quarters but decided to keep them on for the time being. I have a bad habit of removing all stickers and emblems from every new vehicle. I probably will end up doing it when start modifying it.
Tomorrow I am going to put a couple hundred miles on it.

Does the ceramic coating make the white pop? I know it really makes the dark colours pop.

I am on the fence about doing it when I get my white Mojave. Please talk me into it. Lol.

Installed the factory baby bumper LED fog lights in my MetalCloak bumper. There are approximately 32,000 bolts and fasteners you have to remove to get to the OEM cabling to re-use it.

Also, finally installed the Rugged Ridge Armis hard rolling tonneau cover. It’s an easy install of you’re smart and clean and re-tap the bed liner out of the screw holes. Which I didn’t do. LOL

I wondered, I lost track after about 30,000 screws and bolts. Almost took longer to get the factory wiring harness out of that "plastic bumper" than it did to mount the new bumper.

In any case, your results look good. I have seen maybe ONE red JT in the area, one, that's too bad because it's a good red.

Eight weeks after placing the order, my Quadratec Dead Pedal finally arrived. I've read a lot of comments on this forum about people having difficulties removing the mounting nut from the firewall because of how tight it is. Fortunately, I have a 20-inch extension with my socket set which moved the ratchet to a point where I could easily put some torque on it and the nut loosened up easily. I like the pedal. It seems solid and well made.

I have the MOPAR brake controller which uses two mounting points on the far left so I doubt some dead pedals would work for me - but one that attaches to the firewall might. Which anchor point does this one use? I really need a dead pedal.

Distance is irrelevant - you are at the mercy of truck drivers, trains and logistics. IF they don't have a full load, they aren't going to pull out.
Deliver ONE new vehicle on a truck transport? I doubt it.
Yep. I live in Columbus, about 90 minutes from Toledo, and it took f..o..r..e..v..e..r.
