I don’t have this bumper, but if anyone wants to fit and sketch the shape on a piece of paper or cardboard I could mock it up and laser cut these out of sheet metal pretty cheap. I’d estimate $40 for a set. If anyone can test fit and confirm we could put together a group buy even cheaper

I could probably get this printed in 3d for you this week and send you a pair. I just installed a winch in mine yesterday and it feels mighty open

If you print these out, I would be on board for a set as well. Sounds like you could make a few bucks!! Lol!!

Take my money!
How thick in sheet metal?
Any possibility for aluminum?
This is awesome.
I could either rattle can or have them powder coated.

Yeah. Looks like .1” aluminum would be plenty. If you can mock it up some how and send me some measurements I’ll draw it up and post the cad here.

Do you think that this would work?
LINK <-- Google killed this app in June
I could also press cardboard onto the opening to get an outline that could be traced.

Cardboard trace would probably work best. If you can measure the distance between mounting holes.

Does anyone know if there are a closeout that is available for the stubby Mopar steel bumpers?
If there aren't I guess I can cut off part of the wings from the end pieces (2 of the 3 piece bumper) and screw them back on for a little protection.
The wiring behind the bumper is exposed and could easily be ripped out by tree branch \ brush plus it looks like shit.
