Five days into owning my Gladiator and I can finally post! Full disclosure: I made the effort to read the past posts…got through the first 100 pages in 2 days and realized this was a losing battle. Absolute gold in this thread though!

Anyways, today I installed my Rough Country contoured steps and RokBlokz (original size) front flaps.

The steps were for my wife and kids, but I think they add to the look! $80 for front mud-flaps might sound expensive, but the design is perfect and easy to remove if you need to.

Those steps fit the body lines very well. Good choice.

Rained hard for SoCal yesterday so I just wiped it down - it had been clean (natch!) before the rain fell.

Installed the teraflex rear track bar relocation bracket. Just like others have said it was a very easy install.

definitely feels tighter over bumps abd cornering. Wild what such a small change can do to the feel of the Jt.

and for those who track and enjoy me injuring myself as I work…while crawling back under the rear end i wanged my forehead on my trailer receiver. No blood for once, but ill have

Kinda hard to see but its there below my receding hairline ?‍

Not "to" my Gladiator but "with" it today:

Brought home fast food - not notable - except one of these velcro/carabiner things made for baby strollers keeps the food bag from falling over the the way home.

Since it's black it doesn't seem out of place. A 2nd one in the glove box for when I bring home multiple grocery bags. Thought maybe you guys would like this. Sorry the stupid software rotates the pic.

Installed the Synergy rear sway bar link drop bracket. Super easy install and got my sway bar back to parallel to the ground. I ordered Evo 14.5" rear links back in August and they still hadn't shipped so I cancelled them and went this route. Same result!

Found a smokin deal on an Amp step on eBay so couldn't pass it up. Always like these on my trucks since I climb into the bed a lot with my RTT's.

Made a tonneau lock for about $20 without modifying the bed.

Vanity purchase and install. Once my Oracle lights come in from the group buy, I will melt squirrels.
Changing out the covers to match my build.

Truth: I would like to night wheel more.

Put in the Rugged Ridge HD bumper today and a Warn Evo winch. Did have to do some modification to pull the winch away from the grille. Overall the bumper is pretty stout and install instructions were pretty easy. Powder coating was easily scratched though. This bumper was in lieu of the first Arcus bumper that was missing parts on arrival.

Been running just a 3/4” spacer in the rear with my front RK springs, with everything so backlogged I ordered up some mopar 2” springs for the rear. 2 days to come in at the dealer and super cheap
Run these till I can get the rear RK coils

Got my morimoto led DRL installed. Fit was perfect. Huge upgrade over the halogens. Absolutely zero reason to pull the fenders to do the install. Just waiting for my Oracle oculus headlights and fog lights and stock tail lights
