The backup camera on my 2020 Jeep Gladiator has stopped working I saw on other post that there was a recall and a system update that was back in May is this still a problem or should I come in to the dealer

Go to the dealership. Do you have a Tazer? Can you shorten the title?

I believe the recall was for the camera image staying on the screen, not a non-working camera.
Recall or not, it should be a warranty item.

Been a couple threads where the plug for the camera at the tailgate got loose or as disconnected when the bed got a spray in liner and not reconnected fully. You could check that connection.
