Which model JT? Which shocks?New problem. Put my JT in the shop today for a noise in the right rear. The dealer says the shock is bad. Another blogger also had a shock issue. It seems that there is going to be a lot of JT owners waiting for back ordered shocks.
I have a stock rear shock from my Sport S, pretty sure the same shock, glad to give it to you if you need it.Overland (box stock factory shocks) Only 6,500 miles
Could you describe the noise you are experiencing? I have a '21 Mojave and I get this kind of rotating/rubbing noise when taking slow right turns (e.g. pulling into a parking spot, making a right turn).Just gonna copy and paste this but I've talked about this on the mojave fb group too
all 4 of my mojave fox shocks are bad noisy and sound like old farm truck. the 1st of the 4 comes in tomorrow which is the right rear. it's the WORSE. i mean my truck sounds like it's 30 years old. I've had it for 11 months and only 11k miles. FCA wants to replace 1 corner at a time...
It's been all I can do not to trade it for a ram. If the top and doors came off of a ram I wouldn't blink an eye. it's only thing keeping me in this mojave. Last thing I want is this to happen again and truck not be under warranty one day. It's a damn good thing I didn't lift it yet though.

Thanks for the tip; that was exactly my issue. Resolved. It’s most likely dry outer dust seals. Smear some silicone grease at the top of the shaft and cycle the shock. If it stops it, you’re good to go. This is not uncommon with aftermarket shocks (which Mojave shocks essentially are).
