My JTO has been completed and awaiting shipping since 12/20/21. Just checked Jeep chat and was given a new updated date. Expected dealer ETA is now 1/24/2022 - 2/2/2022. So, potentially over 6 weeks from build completion to dealer delivery in MA. That seems excessive!

Found out my sarge green Mojave is in paint as of last night. No dealer eta though so I’m still thinking it’ll be a February delivery. I keep watching The Story Til Now on YouTube and I’m effin JACKED to get this thing already. Just torturing myself ?

Mine went paint to In-Transit within 4 days. And then the 14 day delivery window.

Theres still hope for January for you!

Finally picked mine up last night! Huge shout out to Chapman! Easiest transaction ever! I was lucky they were able to squeeze me in yesterday or it would have been a good 3-4 weeks before I would have been able to get up there! Now I can finally stop crying haha

Mine went to inspection today so we're pretty close. I don't have an ETA either. Gupton said that as long as it stays on its current schedule they could see it show up by the end of this month which would be awesome. Fingers crossed for the both of us!

Love the story till now as well! He's made me want to go wheeling so bad! Except I will not be abusing my paint at all, he does that enough for the both of us ???.

That’s awesome they’re staying in touch with you. My sales guy basically ghosted me until a week ago and finally got my order sheet to me with the VIN and VON. I’m in the mindset of i’ll probably get keys in my hand the weekend before Presidents’ Day, anything sooner is better. But I’m definitely not holding my breathe. Haha

Well, it looks like I'm finally getting out to pick up my Jeep this Monday.

We figured out an insurance SNAFU that relates to how the Mass RMV requires things to be done and I booked my flight.

How eager was I?

Monday's flight was $235. Tuesday's was $135 and Wednesdays was $99.

I'm going Monday. Ha.

I'm in just about the same boat. Build was completed on 12/10, shipped 12/27, expected ETA at the dealer the last week of January. Also to MA.

Today, I got my window sticker off Cryptostickers Info...Anyone know if this means it has shipped?

Eta when they could get the part?

No word from Chapman. I called on Tuesday, and they said they hadn't gotten it. It was 2 weeks since delivery as of last Wednesday. Jeep called me back on Friday just to tell me somebody would call me on Monday or Tuesday with an update. I'm not sure if they've been in touch with someone at Chapman or not. It's a little confusing to the end user.

If I haven't heard from anyone from Jeep by Wednesday, I'll call Chapman again, and then I'm going to start going from "irritated but understanding," to a little mad. My only issue with Chapman has been that they were super responsive and friendly right up until the point that they told me the part was needed, and since then, they've been very short and slow to respond. I'm not sure if it's just because they don't have an update or what. As a consumer, I'd APPRECIATE if they could give me updates instead of just leaving me here wondering. Still...my bigger complaint is with Jeep at this point for not having a way to prioritize a part for a brand-new vehicle that was defective on delivery.
