Have the same lift just be aware that if you add a RSI Smart cap or heavy rack you’ll need to replace the rear springs & bump stops to stop sag.
I have rear ram 1500 springs, and sumo springs instead of bump stops on all four.

Hey Dan,

Trail Jeeps only recommend the rear in my case I guess since there was a 1” sag in that direction & most people aren’t adding additional weight to the front? I’ll ask them when I have the work done. Oh & mine will be the Ram 1500 springs & Sumo spring 1800lb bump stops.

I installed a Falcon Nexus 2.2 and made absolutely no difference to my Jeep's wandering steering (Black Steering Box).

Mine because I tow and load up the bed. After the break in when I can tow, I’ll test it out.

Same for me. Same sumo springs. I have the JKS springs for a week or two, as the ram springs didn’t make it onto yesterdays pallet. They’re putting those and the front RCV shafts on in a couple of weeks. It drives beautifully though. The Baja boss AT’s are amazing on loose snow, hard pack and ice. It was tough to even get them to skid with a hard brake on slippery hard pack. Can really test things until the gears are broken in. 900 more miles to go with now towing and under 65mph.

It hit about 66 degrees today. WOW, time to be outside, do work in the garage since I can't get my truck into my FULL shop.
So there's the MOPAR lift kit lower control arms sitting there in the way.........
65 minutes. 70 Minutes if you include putting the tools away which any good shop does include otherwise it's lost time there's no charge for.
So 70 minutes start to finish, including putting the needed tools in a tote and hauling them to the garage, torquing the bolts when done, and carrying the tools ( and wood blocks) back to the shop.
I figured 2 hours as I assumed the bolts would be a real pain in the butt. Sort of were because you can't get straight onto the front ones with the steering knuckles and such in the way but an impact swivel on the Milwaukee bolt-buster impact took care of that.
Going back was easier because I could literally stand in front of the truck, grasp the bumper for a stabilizing hold and use my other hand to set the torque.
The rears - long extension did the trick, no problem torquing those at all Piece of cake.
Small jack under the pinion allowed for easy insertion of the bolts through the new arms.
Would have taken less time in my shop with better lights and cleaner floor and all of my tools right there.

Finished up and installed my side mounted DIY trail rails. Still have to do the center piece. Also need to add some end caps and decide what type of tie downs I wanna go with. Thinking something using a rubber washer between the tie down and rail, like in the Bezerker off road vid. Pretty happy with it, but a bit concerned about the paint holding up. Got dark quick, so not the best pics.

Here is mine from the other day, bought two 10' and cut one larger then the other to cross the bed, then have the hand screw screws to tighten down. I had to order some more of those, that ore for my tie down cleats. Will post phots of those this weekend. Still need to paint it all.

Didn't get any pics, as it was dark (and not exciting to see anyway) but I got the redline tuning hood props installed. Also made me want to clean up the wiring a bit in the engine bay, damnit.

I thought about doing the RCV shafts as well since I had a Universal Joint bearing fall completely out & was dangerous, The vehicle is less than a year old and has never been off-roading. I was able to get that repaired under warranty. Jeep had to replace the left axel, if it does it again I'm going with the RCV's. I think the RCV's are a good move by getting rid of those U-joints and bearings completely & they are much stronger overall.

You'll really appreciate those struts. I don't miss that XXXXX! prop rod sticking in the way at all.

Mine are already CV as I have 4Hi Auto, but still wanted more strength up there, as mine definitely gets off road a good amount. All of this was done to increase ground clearance, while maintaining capacity and safety.
