Gladiator Window Sticker and Build Sheet Order Tracking

I have a JTRD on order in Sarge Green that is fully loaded. I wonder if it's going to take a loooong time to get mine.

It would appear that Jeep’s system for tracking shipments has been down for the last week.

However, I got an email from my dealer that my white Sport S Max-tow arrived today, a surprise for them and me. Hopefully I can make the 1.75 hour drive over tomorrow.

I ordered on March 2nd and delivered to the dealer on April 25th.

Dealer let me know that the logistics company was hacked last week and is down. He can still see progress though through the rail system. My almost fully loaded JTM was ordered 2/28 and is on a rail car somewhere. But it could arrive soon

interestingly enough, my salesman just text me about my heavily optioned “MOJAVE is in final inspection and should leave the plant in a day or two.”

So, this means of tracking is not 100%?!?

Far from mad about that!

I’d gotten a text about “Estimated shipping date of April 29.” Then “Pushed back until May 5th.”

So, yeah… ME TOO!

I had an estimated delivery of March 20th. Still hasn't shipped to my knowledge.

I just re-submitted the same build (except added LED and steel bumper)I ordered in January. It's been built and sitting for two months now. If they can't get me information as to what the hold up is I'm just going to see about a new order. I'm curious as to what the pricing will be now.

I ordered a fully loaded JTRD and it took 3.5 months to get delivered to San Diego.

I was just told yesterday that I am in E status(I believe that’s framing). They could not give me an estimated ship date though. They said the system is still down.

I have never asked for the exact code but was going to ask. I have an email into Gupton about re-ordering and will ask when they reply.

I ordered a fully loaded Rubicon Diesel on 1/30/22 and it went from shipped to delay. The dealer said the last two Gladiators they tried to order got kicked back out. They said the District Manager is trying to help them understand what is going on but it's of no help.

I can't get on the fcacommunity.force.com anymore to ask. The last time I got through they sent me this:
"Emily (3/29/2022, 3:25:00 PM): Thank you so much for holding. I am showing that your vehicle is in the shipping stage however a Dealer ETA has not been provided. It will remain in this stage until delivered to the Dealer." (In other words, don't bother us anymore...)
I called the dealer who then kindly sent me some undecipherable factory speak chart that listed where and when it arrived at certain points of the build which may have contradicted what FCA was saying. The dealer said it should be here end of April/beginning of May. As of yesterday they're thinking end of May.

My greatest concerns are these:

• Vehicle was caught in quality control and pulled aside for repairs (this will be my 6th Jeep and I've had substantial issues with 2 so kinda worry).
• My vehicle was damaged at the factory so now I get some half assed repair.
• My vehicle was damaged at the dealership so now get some really half assed repair.
• I waited so ordered tires and wheels as late as possible so tire installer doesn't have to sit on Tire Rack order in his shop but apparently now will (not supposed to but good guy, I hope, find out Monday).
• I started making arrangements to use the Gladiator for truck related hauling early May so now have to rent a truck.

The last couple items are on me since maybe I shouldn't have ordered but with items I tried to order going on backorder daily, like Falcon shocks (now September) and Mopar 2" lift kit (now June), I did what I could to get things going.

This is a new dealer to me and I'm trying to trust them but it's hard after dealing with a couple really bad dealers over the years. Luckily I live where there's a dealer every few miles to choose from.

What's up, getting frustrated.

@trizzle mine must have showed up last night even after chat said it was still on the shipping lot. Both the owner and salesman emailed me just a bit ago. I'm still not in possession as that might take a while also since they have over 200 on the lot awaiting to be processed. I sure hope you get good news coming your way. This has been and still is very frustrating process that Stellantis needs to put focus on and address all the issues with the ordering, building and shipping process. I would think that they could have a better process for information in place for all of this.
