Originally I did... but where I love my cell gets really bad reception so I have it mounted on the dash. The cord across the console bothers me.

It's my bed I have to sleep in it. My father used to say that to me when I chose to do things against the grain.

I have my phone on the dash. The 10.5 ft usb cable goes down the passenger side sensor panel on the dash, down and behind the glove box, tucked across the front lip of the shifters over to the driver side and up into the notched out center console.

Super easy and as good enough stealth for me.

Relocated my Auxbeam relay panel in case i install a rugged ridge snorkel and ditched the redundancy of the Eaton wiring harness. It looks less like a dumpster fire under my hood now.

Is the OE gasket reusable?

Teraflex instructions say to use RTV with their covers which is what I used. These covers have a extra small set screw and hole that may not be compatible with the OE gasket.

I have reused the OE gasket on my past JL and JT with other aftermarket covers with no issue.

Swapped out the original for the black “accessory” [fake] beadlock bolts and put rubber tubing between the body and fenders.

Flippin done! Bumper and winch installed. Lost 1” of height in the front, so I’ll give a few weeks to settle before I add a level kit. Had to trim the factory skid by 1” W x 18” long and was able to still use it. Had a few blankety, blank, blank moments but I’m satisfied with the fit. The factory bumper was tin foil compared to this.
