Apparently, this has been happening for about a month overseas but now in New York over 40 "gas-guzzling" vehicles had their tires deflated in one night. The article reads that activists are deflating tires of SUVs and trucks and leaving a pamphlet explaining that they had to do it to fight climate change. They claim they cause the most pollution and should be banned from urban areas.
From what I gather, they haven't yet been emboldened enough to actually damage the tire. So you can still, although an inconvenience, fill up once you notice. Heed this warning! On-board air is ready to fight for your freedom! Contact ARB today to defend what's yours.
