My garage is exactly 218 inches long, same as the Gladiator. Any suggestions on front or rear bumpers that tuck significantly to reduce a couple of inches? Preferably one that’s also lightweight.

You have a tall order.

The stock front bumper is pretty much the tightest fit there is save an Evo Quarter Pounder.
But they both mount to the same place in the same way.

There's not much to shave off the rear end either, just the thickness of the stock bumper from end of frame to face of bumper.

You MIGHT be able to lose 2" up front and the same in the rear, but you're going to have to go with like the Quarter Pounder up front and one of the high clearance no frills rear bumper.

If you own your home, you can modify the garage wall to gain you almost 4". Remove drywall, cut out wall studs just high enough so nose of JT fits in, make a header beam to span the top of the opening to support the studs above the cuts.

I have to park a little diagonally even with stock bumpers.

So my garage is tight too. To get my gladiator inside my garage I literally HAVE to touch the wall and I get MAYBE an inch to spare once the door is closed. Like somebody already said you can modify the garage a little to give u a few more inches if needed

Maybe look at a front bumper that requires you to cut off the frame horns?

You guys are lucky to have that much, I don't even fit through the door anymore! haha. Wife's JLU fits fine though, so I converted the other side to a workshop and just park in the driveway instead.

Wow that tiny bed costs more than the full size. I had my bed replaced last year, was less than 4k including paint. Can probably cut the middle out and push the ends together for even cheaper.

According to Motobilt:

The cost of the bed kit is less than what most reputable body shops would charge to cut down the factory bed. With that said, we put our factory Gladiator bed for sale on social media and sold it in less than 30 minutes for $4000. We recommend you do the same. Consider putting your factory bed on eBay and/ or social media to upgrade to the heavier duty-and better looking Motobilt bobbed bed conversion. In addition, if you have an aftermarket rear bumper you can sell that as well.

Motobilt BOB bed - the total savings in length is approx 18 inches versus the factory bumper and factory bed.

A guy is looking to ease the tight fit of his truck in a garage, and we're recommending he chop up the frame?? Really?? There have got to be better solutions than this!

If he wanted that, he'd likely have bought a Wrangler instead. That's a solution looking for a problem right there.
