My only area where I think the design is slightly flawed. I wish it was tighter here

What rear bumper is that? I've been looking for a replacement I liked. Does it have License Plate lights?

I think the right A-pillar mount might raise the light bar high enough to clear the snorkel (which is on my short list so good choice)
So I did some more testing and it’s actually doing pretty good for it’s location. I did however finally find that quadratec’s a-pillar light bar mount for the front makes enough room around the rugged ridge snorkel.
I’m thinking of going that route now, but also getting the aero cover for the light bar to knock down the wind noise.

Today I posted on the forum for the first time in a long time, been busy with my Mojave and haven't been on to post updates.

-American adventure labs inner fenders and LED running light brace. MAN were these a pain in the ass to get done. Pretty worth it in the end though, they look fantastic. Plus, it looks like I added 2+ more inches of lift, and in all practicality I did, as I can flex more now without rubbing the fenders.

-Smittybilt XRC bumper. I did not anticipate getting a new bumper any time soon, but could NOT pass up Northridge 4x4's scratch and dent sale, got it for a bit over $400. The packaging was messed up on the outside and there are some chips in the powder coat around the corners, hence scratch and dent sale, but I don't care at all, rattle can will fix that. The thing looks amazing.

No, that's the bypass cable. And it's a pain in the butt if you have an Overland with certain options as the SGW is buried and the clips really hard to push and pull the cables down at the same time to be able to install the bypass cable. The extension you leave in permanently.

He was referring to the extension cable so next time you want to put the bypass cable in, you don't have to unclip the wires from the SGW itself - the extension brings those connectors down to the bottom edge of the dash.

Those extensions are only available from these people, as far as I know -

https://www.zautomotive.com/product/z_sgw_ext/

They likely sell these to make it easier to get the tazer in and out when you take it to the dealer or whatever.
Yeah. I just got that cable from Zautomotive- so much easier to go to dealer now.

Finished up my DIY bed slide out. Going on a road trip from Pennsylvania to Yellowstone in 12 days. Hoping this will work well.

Install the badlands 12,000 pound winch on a Warn winch plate picked up on Saturday. It’s great to have a friend with an amazing attention to detail.

We ran into two problem areas. The typical issue with the power cable coming out of the solenoid and immediately making contact with the grill. Solution reroute the positive cable out the passenger side of the solenoid box. The second issue that people see with this Winch during installation in the factory steel bumper is the mode selector lever makes contact with the driver side opening on top of the bumper. Solution, three lines back cut the end of the selector lever off and hit it with a grinding pad and it’s better than new.
