This photo was posted by another in the gator club section already but I'm wondering why it has gloss black fenders and wiper cowl? I could see somebody at the factory just throwing these on to snap a photo when they didn't have the gator colored pieces....... BUT
Why are the door hinges black?
Found some photos. Thought I would give something to the forum that could help distract us from all the 2door price guessing.
To give us something to do i'll post a few each day, some you may have seen, but some probably not. Sorry the quality isn't great.
What do you think?
I know this is the Gladiator forum, but i looked at wrangler on wikipedia, it said 240,000 were sold in US in 2018. How many were sold worldwide? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeep_Wrangler#Sales http://media.fcanorthamerica.com/newsrelease.do?id=20509&mid=1
The 75,000 statistic we heard...
so i was searching my google docs for the 2020 gladiator options matrix. My phone backs up all photos to google as well.
Google was 14 of 15 for showing me things related to "gladiator" the 15th is just a funny Onion headline i saw framed at a party...
Been reading about the other midsize trucks. I read in 3 different articles that the canyon and colorado have 7700 max tow.
How can Jeep claim best in class towing at 7650, it is because the colorado/canyon need the diesel to go from 7500 to 7700?
I swear i priced out an all options Ridgeline Black Edition last year and it was $54,000. I do it today and its only $45,000. I know that's not what most here are looking for, but has anybody noticed a huge price drop in them? Maybe its cuz i looked RIGHT when they came out?
So the most expensive base price is the grand cherokee at $31,000. Hard to believe the gladiator will be a higher base price than their "luxury" jeep. Thoughts?
I'm in Wisconsin. Was thinking of buying my Gladiator from Idaho and then making a fun road trip out of it driving home. Trouble is how do you break a motor in and then drive it home 1500 miles?
I just thought this was funny, had to share. Was reading about the Easter Safari, it said you can't drive an atv or utv on the trails for this event, but they use this photo on their page.
Anyways, were you guys saying Jeep often brings pimped out vehicles there to show off?
To whomever was concerned about the lit vanity (posts about it like a month ago), 5:26 mark in this video shows the driver has a lit vanity visor. Not sure of the passenger though, lol
at 7:00 he talks about the roof "gutter system", that's what he called it, not sure what i would call it...
I have 21' 7" of space between my beer fridge and the lateral support pars of my garage door.
Is the Gladiator 18' 2"?
I suppose If I only give 8" of space in the rear, i'll have 33" of space to squeeze through up front. Trouble is, my kids will also only have 33" of space.
So either i...
Options Matrix is updated with Invoice Pricing as of 4.8.19. Accessories should be added shortly.
I got tired of looking back and forth for what has what option. I'm sure this is probably somewhere already from Jeep, but I like google docs. So I built this matrix. Didn't put the colors on...
Ford has a neat process when you order your ranger it gets built ahead of all the dealer stock. Like a fast pass at great America.
I'm guessing FCA doesn't do that?

Ive been thinking about the crazy expense this truck is going to be, so i checked out the Raptor, and luckily with many similar options to what the Rubicon will have, or i'd put on the Rubicon, it came to $74,000. Makes me feel better about the $60k i'll likely drop on the gladiator.
at minute 33 he says something about,
""high speed off road calibration, that allows you to keep front sway bar connected, unlock the front differential, while electronically locking the rear, giving you the ultimate in high speed traction in dirt and sand"
Would this still be in 4HI? Putting...
I know this is wrangler ish in nature, but i think it'll translate over to the JT. With the JK the factory half doors that are metal. Do those have the same side impact strength as the full doors, or is it essentially a thin sheet of metal with little to no structural strength?
The leather seated vehicles i've had were hot in the summer and cold in the winter, even with heated seats it took longer to get hot, than my heated cloth seats.
I've never owned a wrangler, or convertible. Please tell me the pros-cons of cloth vs leather in a wrangler/gladiator.
Lets also...
