Hey all,

This is the first time I am commenting on anything warranty related but I wanted to share my story. I have had quite a few issues and the dealer has been great. I hope you all enjoy my story. I had problems, but there is hope. Stay positive, make lots of stops at the dealer and enjoy the journey.

What's in the video?

-The 2 TSB's were for the seats and for the steering. -The 8 trips to the dealer is verified by my Jeep app service record and was for: 1. 243 miles TPMS repair 2. 306 miles TPMS Diagnostics 3. 307 miles Diagnostics Seats 4. 643 miles TPMS repair 5. 851 miles TSB Seat install 6. 1849 miles Oil Change (6 months) 7. 1978 miles Diagnostics Steering parts ordered 8. 2411 miles TSB Steel steering Box install -Water pump seals are now seeping at 3600 miles

Guam gets into pretty much everything.

What was the issue with the seats?

In my one year with my LE gladiator I only went to the dealer once for an oil change. sorry you had such bad luck with yours. Curious about the seats as well

Looks like you have a mild lift and larger wheels/tires. I guess the dealership did not care regarding the steering box replacement.

You installed a lot of aftermarket parts on your ride, and it seems you installed most, if not all, on your own - is that right?

Yes, I did all my own installs. Warranty was always covered.

I bought mine in July 2019. I've had four oil changes at the dealer (two free remaining), the recall to replace the driveshaft, and the TSB for the steering box. I just have the TSB for the ABS module, but the dealer won't do it until I install the brake controller and show that it needs it. So I bought the Curt Harness without the diode ($8 from Amazon) to go with my Spectrum controller.
