If it was bypassing internally pumping the pedal wouldn't build brake pressure, something doesn't jive,

If it was bypassing internally pumping the pedal wouldn't build brake pressure, something doesn't jive,
They will build pressure, then fall off. Pump the pedal a few times to build pressure, and hold it down. You can feel the pedal to slowly go down.

If bleeding the brakes and can't get a good pedal. Then you have to activate the ABS using something like JScan.
