First post here.....

I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on 2" AEV spacer and the geometry correction brackets.
Just wondering if anyone was running this with 35's or 37's and wanted to chime in with the
good, bad and the ugly.

I'll be doing Light off-roading and overlanding.

Thanks in advance for any info.
I have a JTR with 37"s and a 2.5" AEV lift with geo correction. Best lift kit I have ever had on a Jeep. Rides and handles great. I am not a fan of spacers, especially on JTR's. Mine handles like a beached whale when new. Terrible springs, and sloppy handling. All fixed with the AEV lift. Spacers will not fix bad springs but if you like the ride then go for it. Good luck to you.

Until I get a "real" lift, I have the front AEV 2" spacers only, and no geo brackets with 37s. I wanted to get rid of the rake... I don't notice a difference in handling from stock (bumps steer or wondering) without them. This is my daily driver/weekend warrior as well.

Thank you all for your replies! I just wanna do this right, once! The reality of it is I probably won’t be doing any “real serious “ off-roading, if anything it’ll be stock friendly trails. I guess I really can’t go wrong with either if I do it correctly……. Again thanks so much for the replies much more confused now, but a big help. LOL
Can't wait to see pics.

Btw, you can do some serious off-roading, if you want. I ran an AEV 2" spacer lift on my JK for many years and around 180k miles or so and did Moab with it and just about everywhere else. It performed amazingly well. I swapped it in the end for a 2.5" Dualsport, but was 100% satisfied with the spacer lift on and off road.

And they look like crap from the side. Its overkill with a 2 inch lift, especially if you have the slightly longer Mopar LCAs. 400 bucks not well spent....
Dif you do anything else with the spacers??

just installed the kit, which includes the spacers, sway bar links, shock extensions and new bump stops and then I added the longer mopar LCAs....that was it. Might add an adjustable track bar down the road to get the axle exactly centered, but you just about have to measure it to notice.

I have the AVE spacer lift with geometry correction brackets running the Wildpeak AT4 35 x 11.5 x 17. It drives like new!

Which selection did you choose on the mount washers? 2”, 2.5-3” or the last one? I finally ordered my kit and brackets

I just bought the kit! So when you installed it, it took away the factory rake or did you have to do anything else up front?

I only installed the front and left the back completely stock.

I will say though without the spacer in the rear, when it’s completely flexed out my rear tires (37s) barely touch the fenders. I also have the Rubicon so they are the high clearance for stock fenders.

Thanks for the quick reply! I have the Rubicon too. I also had seen where somebody added an additional 1” spacer upfront which level it out

You don’t need the brackets with that kit. The differences are negligible at 2” and below. Your control arms will still be nearly flat. Just make sure your caster gets adjusted properly and it should drive just like factory.
Is there a way to adjust caster without geometry brackets or adjustable control arms? I'm really asking, not being sarcastic.
