Caster is not all Geometry Brackets do . I notice a big difference of all aspects of driving on the road. I too had the 2" MOPAR lift on my Sport S Max Tow . Rancho bracket are for 2.5" of lift and more which is what you have . Its a called 2" lift but thats on a heavier Rubicon . More like 2.75" on a sport. The Geo brackets make a big difference. Like they say some times ya just don't know how good it can be until ya try .

I don’t know………….
Rubicon and Sport max tow have the same 6250 lbs GVW rating and share the same axle set ups and all. Minus lockers and some under carriage armor.
Regular sport and Willie’s have the lighter 5800 lbs GVW.
Seems like 300 bucks and a loss of clearance is an expensive way to just “try it". lol.

I installed a Mopar 2" lift on my 2020 Rubicon over the weekend. Regrettably, I also installed a set of lower control arm drop brackets along with the longer Mopar lower control arms. When I brought it in for an alignment, I found out the drop brackets were "over-correcting," and the front axle has too much caster (axle tilting backwards). I'm going to remove the drop brackets and keep the Mopar control arms installed. The other option was to keep the drop brackets and swap the shorter stock lower control arms back in. I prefer the "less parts is more" and those drop brackets are one more thing to get hung up and break.

I kept my Teraflex 1.5" leveling kit up front. I honestly have no idea how it still sits higher in the rear. The Bilstein reservoir shocks make the ride better than stock and are worth the price over the Fox, IMHO.

Anyways, here are some photos, let me know of any questions.

I actually don't think 7.4° caster by itself is a problem or too much, necessarily. Your steering will just feel heavier with a stronger return to center with the added caster. The numbers on their sheet are for a stock vehicle. Generally bigger tires require less caster geometrically but dialing in more can help with drive-ability. You can dial in as much caster as you want until you run into driveshaft angle or front track bar/steering clearance issues. And I don't think you will at 7.4° and 2" lift (or 3.5")

That said I think the drop brackets everybody puts on these Jeeps are 100% not necessary and only hurt ground clearance. The distance between arm mounting points is plenty long to have good geometry even at 4-5" lift height. I'm really not a fan of bolting brackets between moving suspension components and the frame. I think you made the right call with keeping the longer lower arms and ditching the brackets. I ran my Jeep like that for years with multiple cross-country wheeling trips.

I think these Jeeps looks great with that stance and the red is really classic. Reminds me of my first Jeep. Looks great! And personally I think the perfect amount of rake.

Its higher in the rear 2 reasons the rear springs are longer and #2 everything goes up 2 inches .. not leveled and up 2 inches just up 2 inches. Some lift kits offer leveling and lift. Alot of people like a rake that way when a load is placed in the bed it sits level instead of looking like it pointing at the sky 😅
It was leveled out more before the lift install, that's why I was surprised. Without the leveling kit it would be way too high in the rear.

nice looking rig. @Dos704 what bracket did you use to mount those KCs to your bumper bar?
Thanks! I used Harbor Freight's brand "Roadshock Off Road Light Mount" # 71133. I had to drill the holes out a little larger for the KC Lights bolts to fit through, though the mounts are just aluminum and easy to drill.

my 2 cents. 24 rubicon, 2" Mopar lift with bilstein shocks. I added Falcon Steering damper and Metal cloak drag link. No drop brackets.
This by far is the best riding truck I have ever owned.

Same I did mopar with 1” spacer geo brackets and mopar LCA’s was at 7.7 caster. Removed the mopar lca,s kept geo brackets came back down to 6.8 I may change out to Clayton upper and lower adjustable arms. I also did carrier drop spacer and yeti front and rear track bars.
Which brand geo brackets gave you 6.7° caster with mopar lift??
