Tires could initiate an existing tendency to wobble by being out of balance or out of round, and can certainly be a contributing factor, but if shake is from only the tires then it will be pretty much entirely dependent on speed. On a vehicle with no other issues tires on their own are not going to be the only underlying cause.Tires absolutely can be the problem.
The track bar and drag link not being parallel causes bump steer, not death wobble.
Yes, track bar and drag link being non-parallel causes bump steer, but if it’s bad enough it creates essentially a feedback loop, which is what “death wobble” is.
